A Prolawn Services

I am a new Prolawn client after seeing how nice my neighbor's lawn was performing. After using Prolawn for the past few months, I have seen a transformation in my lawn with a lot less weeds. It also looks more full, lush and green. I always get the myriad of questions answered when I call them and talk to the nice folks there. Recommend their service.

At this time, I can't really give an accurate review as this is my first season using any type of lawn service. I don't want to give a negative review because I'm not really sure what to expect. But it doesn't seem like much has been done to my lawn (1 weed prevention & one application of Lime) and it's mid-June now. I have some weeds appearing and thin spots in my yard. Also, I got a text that they would be out the next day but I'm not sure if they came or not as no note was left and I was home most of the day.

This is my second season starting with Prolawn, they are a good lawn service that I have used for weed control, aeration, seeding and Ph maintenance (lime). They are very knowledgeable, and responsive when questions arise, or when a repeat service is needed. I would recommend their services. Services: Weed control, Grass seeding

Donnie and team are very personable and professional. The over-seeding they did last autumn has really been helpful this spring. They always have time for a chat and are keen to engage to provide support/guidance. We have a crabgrass issue this spring and I look forward to engaging them next they visit. I particularly appreciate having the same guy looking after my lawn so that we can get to know them better and they have a better understanding of our aspirations!

We have been using Pro Lawn for several years and have been very happy. Before Pro Lawn our yard was mostly weeds. We tried to repair it ourselves, but it was always a lost cause. We just didn't have the time to give it the attention it needed. We are so glad we called Pro Lawn. They provided us with a plan to turn our lawn in to something we are proud of. Now we frequently get comments from neighbors on how great our lawn looks. The customer service is top notch and they are very reliable. I highly recommend Pro Lawn.

I have been using Prolawn for years and their service has made a huge difference in the health and appearance of my lawn. Donnie Haines is my regular technician and he does a great job explaining what treatments he applies, and what effect they have on my dogs (none, as long as I wait the right amount of time before letting them out). Consistent results, easy pre-pay option each year to save money, and I never have to haul bags of fertilizer around or worry about mixed results from other products. They are the real deal. Professional, reliable, courteous, and consistent. What more could you ask for from a company! I love the results and always have a beautiful lawn.

I had a tree and shrub service quote in addition to a Lawn Analysis and Service quote today. It was helpful to see an analysis of the thatch and turf density, for example. Prolawn has been an excellent lawn care provider so far. They are knowledgeable and informative. Donnie knows exactly what our lawn needed to improve overall health and control weeds. Our lawn is brand new and was overrun with weeds and johnson grass. Since our treatments began, I've seen a significant improvement in the health of the lawn. We just had aeration and seeding performed in the fall, so we will see how well everything fills out in the spring and summer. Very professional group of people overall. I would recommend to anyone.

Prolawn has been taking care of our yard for over 3 years. Neighbors comment that their crew takes their time when treating the lawn, always thorough in their work. I have had the same main lawn treatment service man, Donny, and he knows my lawn. I highly recommend Prolawn, they know their business and are doing a great job on our lawn.

They are excellent at keeping my grass green and healthy. However, they are rated poor in regards to customer service/communication. Don't always expect a call back if you leave a message. If you do, it may take days to hear from them. If you get a message they are coming for service, you will not always get a message regarding their need to reschedule. It has been very frustrating.

I should have looked at Yelp reviews before getting ProLawn, what a waste of time and money. Their primary goal is to have you sign up for a year service and read the small print because they will continue you to charge you year after year until you call them. As I was told, they have too many customers to bother to ask if they want to renew, they just keep taking your money and leave it up to you to cancel.

They don't really care about the problems with your lawn. They never respond to any questions I had about my lawn or services unless it was to add additional service. They performed a service on my lawn with out me knowing it and that I didn't really want (I had already signed up with someone else) and then said it was my fault that I hadn't ask them to inform me before any service.

They said they have too many customers that they can't take the time to inform everyone before their services unless you asked for that when you originally signed up. On top of all that my lawn still looked like crap after a year. Don't waste your time with this company.

Horrible company, incompetent receptionist, it's like talking to a wall. Never again.

They totally ruined my front yard lawn.,. Grass turned brown and we were accused of not watering enough. We had quite a bit of rain spring and summer of 2017. The only thing living on our lawn, Weeds! Do not use this company if you work and can't verify if they did the work. Thank god for camera's. They put the door tag up for the bill and what they supposedly did and that was that. No treatment. The month prior they ran the hose along the back and treated one side of the yard. The other side has weeds! They don't treat flower beds or anyplace else a weed will grow.

You can't even talk to the technicians. Be sure to ask what weed they can kill because I'm just finding out from pictures I sent they take care of certain weeds. I requested a refund and its been a week now and I haven't heard from anyone. They agreed to terminate my contract with no fight. But the refund for the work not rendered they have to ask upper management if they can return my money! Can you believe that? If your not at home and don't have a camera get your neighbor to record them. Forced to give one star. True rating -Zero stars!
