Mike C. arrived to make my repairs. He worked diligently to locate the cuts and repair them. The second line had to be flushed due to dirt in the line. They installed my system about 20 plus yrs ago. Never seemed like it watered 100% of my lawn but I accepted it. They're pretty good about service. But I've complained that several heads don't pop up. They came out and changed a few but I have to physically pull several up which at 5 am isn't going to happen. They said maybe I need a booster pump and the tech that was here 2 yrs ago looked at the plumbing they installed and didn't like it. Hmmmm is that why I never got a response back when I asked that they do whatever to fix my system that they installed? I haven't modified or changed anything that they installed? Still waiting. I've even given them good recognition on social media in the past!

Absolute terrible customer service. New install in 2017 and they been back 4 times for service. 3 scheduled appointments missed and we have to call to find out what's going on. When they finally get out, I get a bill for warranty work. This is the worst company downriver. STAY AWAY.Zero stars would be a better review

Definitely NOT Absolute Quality! Terrible customer service! I have never had a company be so RUDE after they made a mistake FORGETTING my appt. having me sitting around and waiting all day for them to show. Nobody called to tell me they weren't coming, my husband had to call when they didn't show so they said "sorry" and scheduled for today. We called this morning to confirm and after they couldn't find paperwork someone else got on the phone and said yes we will be there.
One minute later Kelly called back and said No we will be out next week. I called back and asked to speak to owner and was told the owner was listening to whole conversation. Bravo even the owner allows you to talk to people like that and is "okay" with your attitude loosing a repeat unsatisfied customer, NICE!

I have had my sprinkler system for several years. Absolute installed my system and I have been very pleased with the system itself as well as the excellent service I have continued to receive over the years. The service techs are efficient and very helpful. Thanks Absolute for the continued years of service!

I can't believe the nerve of this company. I had an estimate from them one time a few months back but never any work. This morning, Saturday, I get a knock on the door and the van is outside my house with their hose for winterizing already hooked up to my house. I told the guy I didn't make an appointment and he said "oh we automatically do it every year".
Then proceeded to tell me "the only reason I knocked is because the water is on". I said "how much is this" he said $45. I told him to get off my property and don't Ever come on my property and start doing anything without my permission. I then tried to call their office and it was closed. I am just amazed at their tactics! I will never use this company for anything.
