Here in Buffalo and Western New York, our soil is typically highly acidic. This is due to the large amounts of rain we receive during the spring and summer months. Soil acidity is measured on a scale of 1 to 14 with most plants preferring a pH balance between 6 and 7.5. When soil acidity rises too high your grass will be unable to get the essential nutrients like nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium.
At Seasonal Lawncare we know the problems that face New York lawns and the number one problem property owners face is a grub infestation. These little white worms appear small but they can do severe damage to your lawn if left unchecked. Grubs are the larvae of Japanese and June beetles. During the late spring and early summer, these beetles will mature from their larvae stage and feed on your trees and shrubs at night.

I used them for 2 seasons. The first they were very punctual and very responsive if there was an issue. The second after being paid in full prior to the season. I had to call to have my lawn done. Some of my friends also used them, and were already on their second application by the time I was done for the first. The entire season I had to call and find when I was on the schedule.
At one point when they came to apply, the tech did nothing set off one of my many cameras in the back yard. When I called to explain, I had to wait approximately another week to get it reapplied. They upon one application showed up prior to anyone being awake. In order to get into the back yard, the new fence/ gates had to be unlocked. In which they had to return to reapply.
The crabgrass never seemed to go away with their applications. I was always told it was because it was so hot. I also had this mysterious weed in my front yard that never went away. I will not be utilizing their services anymore.

We've been using Seasonal for over 8 eight years now. They were originally contracted to Hydraseed a large lawn area that had been torn up during a sewer line replacement. The price was fair and the quality of the grass is great. Since then we've always used them for weed control and have not issues with any aspect of their services. My neighbors are using them too based on my recommendation and the look of my grass.

I found the service to be good. If I had any concerns they would correct them right away. I also like the fact that the weed control was gradual. There prices were reasonable too. If I had questions about my lawn conditions, they would answer and give me information as to when it is the best time to seed re-seed your lawn, etc. They were also very pleasant to deal with.

I've tried other services and never saw any real results. After the first treatment by Seasonal, the weeds began to die, and the lawn looked healthier. By the end of the season, my lawn looks better than it has in a long time. Looking forward to the upcoming summer. Services: Weed control, Lawn pest control

Also used for fertilizing and grub control. I had real bad problems with what seemed like burned out lawn, but it was a combination of poorly fed lawn, invasive weeds, and grubs. After my first season with Seasonal Lawncare I had a clear difference, lawn was improved. I have been with them now for several years and the lawn looks great. Reasonably priced, the techs are friendly and clearly mark the property after applications, and leave detailed information on products applied via email right after delivery of the service.

We have been with Seasonal Lawn Care for over 10 years and couldn't be happier. Our lawn always looks lush and green and free of weeds. This year we added Mosquito control. Our problem areas in our yard that backs up to woods, were completely free of mosquitoes this summer. They are always very responsive to questions, and the technicians are always professional, and respectful of our property.

I posted a negative review a few weeks ago. Since then, they called me and are doing a free application to correct the problem. Bill came out and checked the lawn and agreed they needed to make this right. I'm happy they did that. Just waiting to see if the lawn looks better after the treatment. Will keep posting reviews.
