Albert Group helped transform our backyard from ordinary to luxury. His crew does beautiful work. We had an idea of what we wanted but once Jamie showed us the computer rendering we were able to make adjustments and changes before the work started. His creative solutions helped us both in design and maintaining our budget. Jaime was always available to us for any questions we had during and after the installment of our pool and patio. Clearly, he puts his customers' satisfaction first.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness Looking to have a pool installed. Owner does not return voice messages or emails. Still haven't heard back. I'm supposed to hand this company thousands of dollars? If you're too busy for new jobs then call back and say so. Very unprofessional if you ask me. I'll take my business elsewhere.
