The Alton Road Nurseries has been operating and founded since 1990. The reason we stand out is because we concentrate on listening and creating a design or placement for potted plants and/ or landscaping with the desire and lifestyle of our customers. We are conveniently situated in the middle of South Beach in a pretty 1920's Historical building with Mediterranean architecture.

Very bad customer service. AND expensive. I paid almost 500$ for only 2 plants and 2 planters (including one broken one as it was cheaper). I paid an additional 35$ for curbside delivery only. I am 8 months pregnant on my own and they refused to take 5additional minutes to help drop off the plants in the elevator (not even the stairs and we have a cart!) to help me get them into my home. She said she doesn't want the guys to be late for other customers (when they were already late). So rude! Never again!

Avoid this place, I bought a plant pot and as soon as I left the shop my husband told me he already bought one so I came back to returned it and they told me they don't accept any type of returns, exchanges or refunds. In addition, the lady was very rude, eating at her desk and just excusing herself that " she was only working there " and that is the store policy. Also, the place is extremely overpriced, you can buy the same pot for $2.50 instead of $7 they charged me. Never again this place, they lost a customer.

This Plant nursery Trees and Plants die! Over A 2month period of excuse. Incorrect information regarding the Care of The $700 expense I put out to have everything from expensive Pots to Expensive Trees PLEASE DON'T BE FOOLED AS I WAS. THEN the guy who sold them to me, washed his hands of it So Unprofessional. I Want My Money Returned All of It
