Office, Commercial and Multi-Family projects are a large part of our design work as well as Institutional projects for various municipalities such as Courthouses, Streetscapes, Libraries, Schools, Parks and Fire Stations. We are certified as a Women and Small Business Enterprise in the State of Florida and have been in business since 2004.

This corporate center is the first phase of a Master Planned Industrial Park in Pasco County designed in cooperation with the Economic Development Council. The buildings feature a clean contemporary facade heavily landscaped to break up the building height and mass. The covered doorways extend out into the landscape inviting pedestrians inside.

The playful and colorful building architecture provides a pleasant background for the patients that visit this local health center. The royal palms serve as strong vertical elements along the building facade and masses of low ground cover anchor them to the site.

The Central Interior Courtyard is viewed not only from the main dining room but also from the suites above. The tall palm clusters reach for the sky providing a lacey dappled shade on the ground plane. The large textured leaves of the tropical shrubs contrast with the herringbone pavement pattern. Accents of pink and yellow are provided by red sister ti plants, trinette schefflera and variegated shell ginger. The lushly planted greenspace features wide pathways that allow strolling in the outdoors without leaving the building.
