Services
SavATree was founded by Ralph Robbins in 1978 with a single objective in mind; to save trees from the devastating effects of repeated defoliations by the Gypsy Moth Caterpillar (Lymantria dispar). While this moth was accidentally introduced into the United States by French entomologist Leopold Trouvelot in 1868, it was not until the late 1970's that the population exploded in the Northeast.
SavATree, a leading provider of quality tree, shrub and lawn care services, announces a merger with Denver-based Swingle Lawn, Tree and Landscape Care, thereby solidifying its leading position in the Colorado marketplace. Public perception of your property is critical, instilling trust and confidence in all who visit.
Lawn mites like warmth. Remember that fact when you see your lawn covered in snow. Where snow has melted and grass is showing is typically where you'll find mites. Snow covered lawns are actually very helpful when spraying for lawn mites by centralizing the mites in specifics locations. Technicians are trained to identify, while on the property, if treatment will be beneficial or not.
Swingle has merged with SavATree, a premier provider of tree, shrub, and lawn care. This exciting merger allows us to provide deeper resources and expertise to our clients, while continuing to provide industry-leading service. The needs of a Colorado landscape are unique and the local knowledge we offer ensures that your landscape will continue to flourish.

Savatree came out in July left me a ticket saying they treated my Pear tree for blight and charged me $158.10. However, that Pear tree was removed last May. There was no Pear tree to treat. Keith there knew this as he was mad that I removed it with fire blight. Apparently, he has left the company and did not tell anyone. Savatree says they issued me a credit, but can't tell me where.

I have gone through all my accounts no credit. I have been trying to get this credit since July. All I get is they have to talk to their Corporate office. Well it is now October still no credit, still they have not talked to their Corporate office. Today I gave them 10 days to issue the credit or I am filing with the BBB. She basically hung up on me.

Now I have a Maple tree as well but it did not have blight. So my question how does a landscape company not know the difference between a Pear that isn't there and a Maple?

When we hired Swingle now Save-A-Tree, we were assured that with them taking care of the weeds and the fertilizer, all we would have to do was mow and take care of the flower gardens. NOT TRUE. We had weeds all summer long both in the rocks and the lawn. There is a huge patch of nut serge they didn't kill and didn't ever tell us what it was until our contract was nearly ended.

Even then they didn't treat it to get rid of it. They were very expensive and whenever I would call about a respray for the weeds, I practically had to beg to get them to come out. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Try someone else. Anyone else could do a better job than they did.
