Arizona Rainfall

I signed a contract in December of 2021 for a new backyard pool and complete backyard landscaping, including having an AZ room with Alumawood top converted to a covered patio. Within four months everything was complete and I am now swimming daily. My friends all comment that I now have a stunning resort backyard. With Tim's excellent design ideas, Tracy's knowledge of pool building, and of course the heart and soul of the company, Roy and his crew on landscaping, my wife and I now have exactly what we wanted, a forever home!

We we signed a contract for a new pool and complete backyard do-over in December of 2021, 4 months later our pool was complete along with a beautiful backyard. Tim Tracy and Roy did a great job and I applaud their efforts. I would strongly recommend them to anyone wanting their backyard or pool desined and built.

Arizona Rainfall is the BEST! We recently worked with Tim Brown to design and oversee our landscaping project. After giving him an idea of what we wanted, he presented a blueprint and a video of the proposed project. We wanted a few changes and he was able to incorporate these and come up with a beautiful design including a custom bar. Tim is very knowledgeable and spent time explaining the aspects and care of everything- lighting, fire pit, grill, plants, turf, travertine, etc.

The crews were hardworking and courteous, and cleaned up every day before they left. The project was completed in about two weeks. Very impressed by the quality of workmanship, communication, and professionalism. Definitely recommend!

Arizona Rainfall just completed our pool and surrounding landscaping and we couldn't be happier. We worked with Randy who provided a gorgeous design, help with all the decisions and was there throughout the construction. Randy was an absolute pleasure to work with and the final result far exceeds our expectations. I have had nothing but problems with this company. I hired them to put in an inground spa. They spent many months doing the job and would never give me an estimate of the final time for the project. The spa was installed with concrete poured WITHOUT jets. Also, they moved the pool equipment due to it supposedly being designed in the incorrect location but did not consult with me prior to moving the equipment to determine a better location.

The jets have been added but they were unable to put in all the jets I had contracted with them for. I was given a choice on the type of jets and now that they are not working, I am being told that they cant put in the type of jets that they installed. Are they really in the business or not if they dont even know which jets will work with the equipment they installed.

So the project was started in March and my spa still does not work, This was NOT a cheap project and nothing has gone correctly. BEWARE if you choose to work with them. They act like they are trying to fix the issues and then try to blame it on the jets that I picked when those are the jets that I was offered for the job. I could go on with additional issues but these are the main ones, but the bottom line is, they have been paid for the work that does not work.

Highly, highly recommend Arizona Rainfall! With Tim Brown's vision and design experience they built us our dream back yard. All of their crews were wonderful and did fantastic work. Thank you Arizona Rainfall

First of all, I never write reviews. Second, if I could give more than 5 stars, I most definitely would. Tim Brown and Arizona Rainfall are the real deal, I'd even go as far as saying impeccable service and dedication from start to finish. Tim took our original vision up several levels, all while we stayed on budget. Communication was constant, leads always on site, the entire crew was always upbeat, courteous, and neat, and the finished project blew our minds. They also put up with our indecisiveness and numerous changes, which says a lot. We are already planning a phase two. We couldn't be happier!

Arizona Rainfall just completed the landscaping in our front yard & we are so happy with what they did. A demo/ removal of old plants, new walkway with pavers added, lighting & new bushes. They demo'd on a Friday & completed the job by the following Wednesday. Gary the owner even stopped by after the job was done. This is the 2nd time we've used them & although we were on a waitlist it was well worth the wait. Definitely will be looking to them when we want to add a pool. Great job to all the guys on the job!

I'm looking for a full renovation of my front and back yard, including hardscapes, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, shade structures. Called to talk to them about it and after 45 seconds they said they weren't interested in working with me. 'We don't do landscapes in your neighborhood.' Just dismissed me without asking a single question. Geeze, I never thought it would be this hard to spend $25K.

I just had a pool completed by Arizona Rainfall, my project manager was Randy. I had several companies here in Phoenix provide me a quote after we discussed what we were looking for in a pool. (Thunderbird Pool, Rondo and Dolphin) From the first interaction and discussion with Randy, I knew they were going to be the builder for us. His design and placement were spot on based off our conversation and my vision.

In addition, he looked at our entire property and what it needed vs. just selling us a pool. He looked at drainage, water flow, landscape and of course esthetics. The other factor that makes this company great is you have one contact person throughout the process. Most companies have their sale person come out and then different people throughout the stages.

In addition, I did not spend one dime up front. I paid my full price after the entire project was completed including any touch ups. That is simply unheard of. All other companies wanted payments throughout the process. In addition to the pool we had travertine placed over our existing concrete, pavers, steppingstones, new irrigation and an RV gate installed.

We signed doc's in winter, project started in February and ended in April. I can tell you the cost was in alignment with everyone else BUT, where most items were considered upgrades with other companies, they were included with AZ Rainfall prices. I am a customer that has expectations and a meticulous eye, let me tell you, they passed. I also got a free window wash!

I watched this entire process, I have a lot of respect for each individual person involved. From the guy that spent two hours taking out a ficus tree stump, to the excavation crew, prep crew, landscape crew, pebble sheen crew etc. They are the most hard working individuals, very impressive. Now the fun begins with our beautiful pool. Last note, I was scared of Blue Surf Sheen, don't hesitate. It's perfect. Randy, THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

Attempted to get a quote from them to landscape front and back of our new home in Goodyear, however, before scheduling Doug asked for our home address. Once he entered our address and found out it was in an undesired area of Goodyear, per Doug he advised they are too busy and do not do work South of the 10. My question, if your too Busy why are you calling for business. a week later I get another call from Doug, apparently he didn't remove us from his do not call list for undesired areas.

I had to remind him that he had already advised he refused our business. Again if your too busy why are are you calling for business. Too bad because I see their work 3 miles from our current home in Goodyear and the work looked very nice. I would of been very fortunate to have our 10,000 sq. ft. lot landscaped by Arizona Rainfall, so my review is not based on their work.

I seen their work in a neighboring community. Its very Nice! My review is based on their treatment and attitude toward anyone that lives South of the 10. I can see if I was in another town, but I'm not. I'm just, per Doug in a undesired area of Goodyear (Las Brisas Community). Oh and just to add, if security for the White House can live on our street, I guess it can't be all that bad. Right?

Our project manager, Randy, did an awesome job designing our pool/spa, he knew exactly what we wanted. We signed our contract on October 29th, 2020, the pool/spa was completed the first week of April 2021. A few delays (3rd party contractors), but all and all very satisfied. We have talked to many other residents getting new pools, they are still waiting to finish.

Our pool and backyard were completed about a week ago and we are thrilled with the results. Our designer, Tim Brown was a pleasure to work with. From the first consultation to the end, they were true to their promises and exceeded our expectations. They were courteous and on time. All work crews, the Construction Manager(Bobby) and Job Manager (Roy) were timely, responsive and very professional. We would highly recommend them to anyone. Tom and JoAnne Timm

I had high hopes with the reviews here. Randy responded quickly and came out. We spoke for 30 minutes and he gave me some ideas. He said give me 15 minutes to measure things out and he'd have plans drawn up and an estimate in about 10 days. I was looking for a complete remodel so it wasn't going to be a cheap job for sure. This was about 2 months ago I never heard back.

I guess they have bigger and better projects to do. Some communication would have been nice though. Too bad because I have 3 or 4 friends looking to redo their 20+ year old pools.

As we all know a construction project is always difficult. With Arizona Rainfall our project was made so much easier with Tim, Roy and all of the experts at this company. We have never gotten so many compliments of the results of the work they did. WE ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEY TO ALL!

Randy and his team did a great job installing our pool in Peoria. The design was spot on and he didn't try to upsell us on anything. They didn't take long either, unlike many companies that we've heard about. Aaron explained in detail how to operate all of the pool equipment as well. We highly recommend Randy and the entire team at AZ Rainfall!

I can't say enough good things about Arizona Rainfall. We recently moved to Arizona and knew nothing about desert landscaping. Our front yard needed help, so we called Arizona Rainfall after several neighbors recommended them. Doug Smith came out and designed a beautiful yard that we absolutely love. He listened to what we wanted and did just that. Also, the workers were very professional, fast and neat. I would highly recommend this company for your landscaping needs. They also have a maintenance department in their company to maintain your beautiful yard.

Have been with this company for a few years. They are expensive but they do take care of business. Had some damage from storm and called and talked with Miranda, who is always helpful. The crew was out here early Saturday morning handled everything. Good job and a great bunch of guys.

Arizona Rainfall was great to work with. Leonard came out to our home several times so that he could complete an accurate proposal, measurements and drawing. Unlike other pool companies, he listened to what we wanted instead of telling us what we wanted. During the process, we changed the design plan on more than one occasion, but those changes caused no problems with the team Our home was a "new construction" home, but the backyard was unusable.

The back yard access was very limited, so walls had be torn down and landscape removed. Our plants were boxed, walls taken down, irrigation, rock and lighting removed. The very next day, digging started. The re-bar, plumbing and concrete work were seamless and on schedule The travertine, landscape re-install, lighting, irrigation, Pebble Sheen and cleanup were all completed a week early Our pool was filled with water on my wife's birthday, so Happy Birthday!

Our team of Leonard, Bobby, Roy, Mario, Oleaves and all of the members of their crews were professional and respectful All of our future pool and landscape jobs will be done by AZ Rainfall

Amazing work done by Arizona rainfall! They were so professional and kind! Helps us design the perfect pool in our budget! Workers were ALL very considerate of us and our dogs! We couldn't be happier with their work. They finished our pool in just 4weeks even with rainstorms and monsoons against them! I would highly recommend them for aspect of landscaping and pool design and installation!

I purchased a home in Peoria this past fall. The previous owner left me a note saying that Arizona Rainfall did his weed maintenance and recommending to me to use them. I called Miranda to set up the account. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly answering my questions and concerns. In 10 minutes, she had my account set, the schedule for the year as to when they would spray and told me in detail the type of weed killer they use and why. I highly recommend Arizona Rainfall and wouldn't hesitate to use them for other yard needs.

We bought our house in October and intend to marry in the backyard in three weeks. Our yard needed serious work to be ready for the wedding. On Jan 5, 2017 we had our initial consult with Randy. He gave us a quote and design right away, which we loved (a large salt water play pool, cool decking, PebbleSheen, and full landscaping). The quote was very reasonable for the amount of work.

They started the job a week later, and completed it in five weeks. It looks absolutely incredible. Any concerns or questions we had were promptly addressed either same night or first thing the following morning. I worked with both Randy and Bobby, and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Also, each crew member we met was professional, polite, and responsible.

They cleaned up the site at the end of every day. They worked so fast that we couldn't believe the progress when we came home each day. Today, we have a stunning backyard and we can't wait to get married there. I honestly can't recommend them enough. They went above and beyond numerous times throughout the process, and they do it ALL. Pools, landscaping, pergolas, etc. You name it they do it.

Our pool is in need of a re-plaster and a couple of repairs. There are also some issues with our deck. After doing quite a bit of research on pool companies I chose Arizona Rainfall for one of my quotes because of the great reviews it has received. Randy was very cordial, seemed to know quite a bit about his business and promised us a detailed proposal in four days.

We asked for prices on three products, regular plaster, Blue Quartz and Pebble Sheen. Four days passed and we received nothing. So I emailed Randy. This is what I received the following day: "Here you go. Drain/Fill/Bal Complete Chip out Split Main drain New quartz finish $ (price was quoted) Coping/cantilever repair Aerator r/r $ (price was quoted) Sales tax will need to be added also.

I will be out of town 2/20-2/27 Thanks Randy" Maybe I expect too much, but to me this is not a professional proposal or a proposal from a company that wants the job. The quote was at least $2K higher than another (detailed) proposal that I received from a different recommended pool remodel company. Needless to say, I lost all confidence in Arizona Rainfall and will not be hiring them for the job.

Arizona Rainfall put in our exercise pool and it is exactly what we wanted. Bobby continued to come weekly to check on the pool even though the project was completed - his professionalism was outstanding and he was definitely concerned that we would be happy customers. If you put in a pool, be certain Bobby is on your team!

Doug came out on July 23rd, 2015 after we requested a proposal on landscaping that was needed after putting in a pool. Doug was not very friendly and, as another reviewer mentioned, was insulting about the company that we had chosen to use for our pool making comparisons about what they would have done better. After spending about 30 minutes with him, he said he knew what we wanted and told me to send him the pool plan so that he could see where all the pipes for the pool were located so they wouldn't run into any issues with irrigation.

That was the last we ever saw or heard from Doug. The next day I sent the plans as promised. No Response. I sent another follow up email on July 31st to make sure that he had received my information and when we could expect to see a proposal. No Response. It is obvious that our 16K worth of landscaping also wasn't worthy of this company. Not even sure why he bothered to come out in the first place.

We contacted Arizona rainfall in 2011 because they were going to do my parents home and met with a rep. He came out to our house and had many ideas. We were really excited. This was our first house, and the landscaping needed serious help. He said he would get back to us in a few days with an estimate. We waited a few days, and heard nothing. We called him and he said he was working on it.

We exchanged a few emails, and he was still working on it. Finally, he just stopped responding to us. My parents were the ones who recommended him. He created a beautiful plan for them, but he stopped calling them too at the same time. They were all set to go with Arizona Rainfall and ended up having their yard be delayed because he bonked them as well. So, I cannot comment on the work they do, but their customer service is terrible.

If he did not want to do our yard, we would have understood. It was a big project, but at least give us the courtesy and left us know that they just aren't that into us and wanted to see other people.

I have mixed feelings about this place. We contracted them to do our landscaping front and back. We had gotten about seven estimates from other companies. They came in the middle range at about 35 grand. We chose them because they would do all the work rather than we having to call a variety of companies to do electrical and plumbing and get the permits.

I knew exactly what we wanted and gave very specific instruction. I wanted specific trees and of course they claimed they could not locate what I wanted. Funny i could and told them where to get it. I also told them no pink oleander, so they bring six to plant. We also wanted a wall constructed that would look like the stone walls one would find along the roads of Ireland.

So we get ten HUGE boulders plopped in our yard. In all of this time the guy who said he would be there to supervise never showed his face once. In fact I called him at least once a day some times more for three weeks straight and he never got back to me until I threatened him with making sure his company would be sanctioned by our landscaping approval board.

He called and said I did not have to threaten him to get him to call. It took longer than had too to get things done and many redoes but we are happy for the most part with the finished product. All of which I plan to change soon;-
