Great work ethic. Everything they do is perfectly beautiful.

Initially, I was not impressed with their work. I contacted them, and they offered me additional services to remedy the issue. Afterwards, I was very pleased with their professionalism, responsiveness, and work. 5 stars.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Awful services, they were an hour late and I had somewhere to be. They have no idea how to cut grass, would be better if a 10 year old did it with their eyes closed. Do not recommend to anyone.

I have had Bay Country taking care of my home and my community for several years. We just had a party and they really made the place look great. Thank you Bill, your staff did a great job!

AWFUL! They broke my sprinkler system when installing trees and keep promising to fix it but have not. It's been months of calling them everyday and they will not return any phone calls. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Terrible customer service. I called and spoke to an employee who said she was going to check if their schedule allowed time to cut my lawn. She said she would call me back. That was on a Wed. afternoon. The following Mon. I called and left a voice message on their machine asking for someone to call me back. It is now Wed. and I still have not heard from them. I understand that they probably couldn't pick up my property but proper etiquette would have been to call me back and tell me that.

Bay Country Landscape was hired to perform lawn cutting services for our 55+ community. The service is terrible! Lawns are not neatly cut, areas around trees are left uncut, trimmings are left on the lawn or blown into our flower beds. Despite several complaints this season there has been no improvement in the service. I am at the point of taping off my yard and not allowing this company to access it at all!

I can do a far better job myself! I do not recommend this company to perform neighborhood lawn cutting services! Avoid this company at all costs. Sep 29, 2014: As I write this my lawn is 7+ high. Bay Country was supposed to cut the grass last Thursday but could not due to weather. This I understand. What I don't understand is Bay Country telling us that they only cut our lawns on Thursday and if a Thursday is missed, they will not be back until the next Thursday. This is pure crap!
