Brian Beniek, President of Beniek Property Services, Inc. began BPS as a lawn mowing service out of his parent's garage in Chanhassen, while attending high school. This company is ran by idiots and employed by idiots. Brian the owner will be sure to turn it into your fault when you complain. He has no understanding/or care about peoples personal property. Unfortunately I can't fire these guys due to my homeowners association but will be sure to get to the next board meeting. I'd like to see these guys step up and resign from further work in my community. This has happened 4 times in 2 years even after complaining each time.
