Blade Runners

Updated 3.12.22- still working with Blade Runners and happy they have added email notifications for work, recently they helped with massive storm damage and removal of a hazard tree and now addressing a drainage issue in the rear common areas.thanks again We have used Blade Runners for years at out HOA, we started with them in 2013 and I was not on the board.

Since then, I have became a board member and work with our Account Manager directly. We are not a big fancy HOA, and it's great to still be treated with respect and given ideas to improve our landscape and we can choose how to use our money to make the common landscape better. Thanks Blade Runners for your help.

Without any notification, I come home to see that a tree that was planted in my yard few days ago, was removed and replaced with a completely different type. No one called to notify or tell me the reason. I had to email the next day and the response i got it was a mistake from the crew. What type of communication between management and crew. I was planning to use them again, but not anymore.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Hey, Blade Runner workers pulled out my heirloom flowers and trampled my garden, despite my townhouse being on the Do Not Touch list. Other area homeowners have shared similar horror tales. I hoped for a personal response(apology) but have heard nothing.

Do not use this company unless you want to deal with a genuinely dishonest company. Unfortunately, my HOA uses them for our neighborhood; since we are in a townhome, they handle all the cutting in the front/side of the house. We have our AC compressors located where they handle the grass being cut. One day after they had cut the grass, we noticed our AC wasn't working.

From the attached pictures, you can see the cord had been cut. We asked our HOA who asked this company about it, and this is the email they sent back: "Thank you for following up. The report from the production manager is that we did not do any work around the HVAC unit and the tall grass in the areas indicates the crew was following the no weedeater use guidelines. " As you can see from the attached pictures, this is a lie because the area around the AC unit and precisely where the cord was cut has been cut, and there is no high grass around it.

We continued to correspond with the company, even letting them know we had to get a professional to come in and repair the work they caused, and they continued to lie and not take ownership of the mistake they made. I hope HOA's or even individuals looking to use them see what kind of customer service they will receive if you have any issues with this company. Edit: I saw your reply; I've already wasted too much time emailing Terry to call. You can ask him to show you all the emails if you want more information on what happened. I even told my contact at the HOA to stop pursuing this so their time isn't wasted.

We hired Bladerunners to take care of our landscaping, and couldn't be happier. The office staff is responsive, helpful, and professional, and our yard looks amazing! You can tell the whole company values customer service. I highly recommend them!

Blade Runner's is fantastic. They did a great job with my Spring clean up and landscaping. They've done a number of other projects over the years as well including tree trimming. They are professional, easy to work with and do a great job. They are my "go to" for everything yard related and definitely recommend them.

I have recently joined the board of my condo/ townhouse community. I am in the process of reviewing contracts the association has with our vendors. I have now met with my Blade Runners rep 2 times, they have been responsive and easy to work with. I email them, they email me back need info they provide. When we walked the grounds they suggested areas of improvement and provided cost, we found one area and they said "this is up to our standards" and had it back in shape the next visit. Nice to have a good interaction, with this contractor.

We needed 2 large bushes removed from our property. I received a response within 24 hours of my email request. The price was very reasonable and the landscapers did an excellent job pulling the bushes out and cleaning the area afterwards. Will definitely consider Blade Runners for future needs.

Blade Runners does all the landscaping for the common area of our small group of townhomes. When we bought our townhouse a few years ago we contracted with them to do the mowing, mulch, trimming and other services we needed for our yard. We have been very happy with their services to date and would recommend Blade Runners.
