Very friendly staff and great prices on bark dust. My order was for 20 bags of the airport bark dust and the friendly staff loaded up the bags for me. They also have a free trailer loan program if you are buying in bulk. Great selection of plants as well.

I ordered bark chips and rock for my landscaping, and was very happy with the service. The staff was super helpful in choosing the right products for my needs, and delivery was two days after I placed my order! We live in SW Portland and had to pay an extra delivery fee, but even with that, the prices here are still better than quotes I received from other places. Highly recommend

Everything for the yard. We went and looked at the inventory of plants for this upcoming season. Tons of decorative rock and of course the guys were busy loading up trucks with dirt barked dust and firewood. This place is busy beyond belief and is a favorite of mine

Committed to overpriced verbal bid for landscaping work. Lesson learned. Bird bath installed for 2600 (bath delivery, encatchment, labor.) Told me it would take most of a day. Watched the work be done in 4 hours, including commute time. When I asked the manager Paul why it was 2600, he said he paid his workers overtime and at a construction rate, not a landscaping rate.

This was never cleared with me. Just doesn't feel good when you're taken advantage of. -------- Response to owner: Be truthful- materials were 1000 (encatchment and river rock). Basalt was already paid for. That's 1600 in labor. Simply because it's a 'bid for work' and I accept does not excuse you from offering an honest bid. As a client I trust you, the professional, to bid accurately and adjust if it turns out it was off. It's clear that it was and you did nothing to change it.

We had a great experience buying a Christmas tree here. Christmas 2021) They had coloring pages, crafts, and two reindeer for the kids. Coffee/hot chocolate was available inside and out. Cut trees were clearly labeled and easy to access. They also netted them and would trim the bottom if asked. They even carried the tree to my car and helped me load it! (Very helpful since I had a toddler in tow) The parking lot can be a bit crowded. I got a chai tea and small hot chocolate at the coffee shop. Great service! Masks were worn indoors, but not required outdoors.
