Services
Bradley Landscape Development has been doing business in San Diego County since 1989. We specialize in Custom Residential Landscape Construction and Maintenance using a Design-Build approach. We also work with homeowner associations, general contractors, landscape architects, and developers. Our Services include Design-Build Hardscapes, Planting & Softscapes, Irrigation & Drainage, Woodwork and Lighting. After Construction is completed our Maintenance division typically becomes involved in weekly care of the property.
Bradley Landscape Development provides full service construction and maintenance. We build relationships with our clients from the very beginning of conceptual design, construction, and hopefully continue our relationship as part of weekly landscape maintenance. A necessary part of most projects we work on - softscape such as plants and tress require just the right amount of irrigation at specific durations for continued health and beauty. We specialize in a variety in custom Woodwork elements; such as decks, gates and trellises.
At Bradley Landscape we're here to address all questions and concerns and provide all necessary information. There are a number of inquiries which are common to so many clients, especially those who may be working with us for the first time. A design/build company has the resources and knowledge necessary to complete a landscape project from the earliest conceptual stages through final installation.
Design-build is a process of project delivery in which the designer, builder (Bradley Landscape) and owner - works as a collaborative team throughout the life of a project. Design-build approach meets performance and design expectations, not minimum design requirements, often developing innovations to deliver a better project than initially imagined.

Bradley Landscape did a really nice job addressing and fixing my garden's drip system. I recommend their services, and in my opinion they are responsive and professional. I will be using them again. Five stars. In my case, one of the above ground water lines that fed the drip system to my hydrangea garden burst and was gushing a lot of water. My landscaper who normally services my yard was not responding to my calls.

I had heard of Bradley Landscape and gave them a call and was able to get someone on the phone within about a minute. They advised me on how to best stop the water leak immediately (without turning off water to my entire home from the street level). I followed their instructions to fold the water line that had broken and then tie the folded portion shut and that worked well as a temporary solution.

Then within a few hours they were at my home reviewing the issue. They proposed and I agreed to go with a solution that involved replacing a control valve that failed (meaning it normally opens and closes water pressure to the drip system according to my sprinkler timer but the valve broke and was just always stuck in the open position) and apparently contributed to pressure build up on the burst water line.

They also installed a new water control lever (in a small box) in my garden so in the future I could manually turn on/off water pressure to the drip system - this way I would not need to turn off water at the street level (and to my whole house) to control the drip system water pressure. Nice! And in the photos you can see the round box with control lever they installed and the hydrangeas that were saved :)
