I was given an estimate on 9/20, agreed to the price and signed the estimate. Was told it would be mid-November before they could come out. I agreed. I called 11/11 and 11/12, leaving a message each time asking for a call back. As of today (12/13), I have still not heard from them. The lack of communication and failure to return calls is unprofessional and unacceptable.

I was able to get a great quote for curbing my flower beds on May 8th 2020. At that time I was informed it would be 6 to 8 weeks to complete the job, but maybe 4 weeks with so many jobs scheduled in my neighborhood. After multiple calls, text, & emails we are still waiting for service. Today is August 8th so at this point I think it's fair to say our agreement is void. BAD BUSINESS, NOT PROFESSIONAL, NO COMMUNICATION, STAY AWAY!

Called and got a written estimate on May 5th, 2020. Had a 6 to 8 week lead time and was totally cool with that. At end of June I called and was informed I would be contacted within the next couple weeks. I waited and never heard back. I have since called a couple more times, left voicemails and not received the first response so I found someone else to complete the work.
If the work could not be completed I understand. What I can not understand is why I did not receive any communication. Very disappointed, I was excited to have my flower beds curbed.
