Our General Maintenance Service is custom tailored to each site based on needs, expectations, and budget. This service considers and involves all of the aspects with respect to the general duties of landscape management. This program includes mowing, bed edging, string trimming, leaf removal, bed management and policing of trash, debris and weeds.

Armed with the appropriate education and background, they are able to communicate suitable design practices, while meeting the needs of each client’s objectives and budgets. Our Landscape Department is comprised of various crews that have defined but routine duties. By this method, Carolina Creations Landscapes, Inc., can assure that each project has an experienced and licensed crew, related to the specific scope of work.
If you are working with our design staff, then at this point, there is little to no question about our installation capabilities. However, if you have your own design we would be delighted to assist you with the installation services. Although, don’t feel like a design is required. Many small projects can be easily implemented through conceptual ideas, pictures and product samplings on site.
With decades of experience in the landscaping industry our project managers, crew foremen, and installation technicians are able to successfully manage and implement most any landscape project you have in mind. We will be happy to assist you with any project, regardless of the size or scope of work.

We were delighted by the service and the finished pool that Carolina Creations made for us. Art spent plenty of time educating us and helping us figure out what we wanted. Also, the deposit was reasonable instead of the large deposit so many companies require to begin work. Ryan (the project manager) was always very accommodating and pleasant to work with.
At the beginning of the project, he sent us a very comprehensive schedule and stuck to it, with only a few delays caused by weather. We knew how much everything was going to cost and when we were going to need to pay. Prior to sending an invoice, Ryan would call or email us to provide a thorough update on the project and what his plans were for next steps.
We visited the worksite several times and saw that Ryan was a hands on manager and knowledgable professional. Our new Carolina Creations pool is beautiful and everything we wanted. Thank you Carolina Creations for doing what you said you would do for the price you quoted and for even finishing before our deadline! All that you did for us makes you stand out in this time of pool demand far exceeding supply.

I spent a significant amount of money for an in-ground pool and landscaping. I was disappointed with the response to deficiencies in the pool. I was about to write a scorching bad review, but fortunately, Carolina creations hire a new supervisor - RYAN GRIST - and he far exceeded all my high expectations. Extremely professional, hard working, courteous, and he completely fixed all my complaints. HE PERSONALLY turned this company around. As long as Ryan is on the team, I highly recommend Carolina Creations!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness, Value I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you go to their Facebook page, you will see beautiful after photos. Below you will see how they will actually leave your yard. Full of trash, concrete, screws, and rock. They are also do not communicate and left a trench open in my yard for 15 day. Steer clear! We couldn't be happier with our pool project. Art spent so much extra time helping us with the design process. Everybody who worked on our job site was extremely professional. Brandon and his crew were fast, efficient and precise with our pool install. The concrete crew was talented and hard working. Art and his company continue to be responsive and helpful even after the project is finished. Definitely a first class operation.

Chris came out to discuss a drainage problem I was having. Ultimately I likely need something more complex than a french drain or landscaping but he was kind enough to discuss it thoroughly and point me in the right direction.
