Cascade Landscape Management, Inc. is licensed, bonded and insured for all phases of landscape design, installation and construction, with 3 fully licensed landscape contractors and six OSU Horticulture graduates on staff providing expert advice on all phases of landscape and sprinkler installations.
Design Consultation - An on-site meeting to discuss options and ideas for a home owner to make their own improvements. No drawings are produced. Master Plan Development - A design is developed to the degree that suits your needs. It can be an overall concept design, with you determining the finer details like plant selection; or a full planting design can be created.

I recently bought a house that has receipts and install paper work from this company. When I called they said this property has not had their service for over 4 year. Ok but this company installed the sprinkler system on July 6th 2015 and had service for? years with Cascade. I have only been here since October 2020 I called Cascade in March 2021 to get an appointment and they told me because I was not a current customer I would have to wait until late May or June for an appointment.
I call this week to get on their schedule and was told NO they would not give me an appointment at all! I was not a regular customer. This Company is confused, why be in business if you won't help people even old customers properties? It just BAD BAD business and Horrible customer service. Guess they are rich and don't need new customers or more money. Very unhappy with these folks! Angela Jones
