For three decades CLASS has served the landscaping needs of the northwest suburbs of Chicago. From simple services like mowing to more involved and intricate like patios and retaining walls, our crew has the experience and skill to handle each unique project professionally.
Complete Lawn and Snow Services (CLASS) provides a comprehensive line of landscaping, maintenance and paving services for commercial clients. We offer expertise with Multi-Family Dwellings like condominium and apartment complexes and work with Condominum and Townhouse Associations and real estate management groups as well.
For some landscaping companies, residential clients are an afterthought used to fill a schedule and keep employees busy. At CLASS Landscaping, our residential clients represent about half of our lawn maintenance work and close to 80 percent of our paving and hardscape projects. You will never feel like an afterthought with us.
CLASS Landscaping, short for Complete Lawn and Snow Services, Inc, was founded in 1985 by Paul Munagian. In the early days, CLASS Landscaping was a single employee, owner Paul, with a single truck, mostly providing lawn maintenance services to residential clients. While we provide all the typical landscaping services a residential or commercial client would need, Paul enjoys getting personally involved with the paving and hardscape projects. Since expanding the business into paving and hardscape, CLASS has become the go-to service provider in the area.

We've had CLASS do some major updating with respect to landscaping the front of our home. What superior service, excellent communication and all-around satisfying experience it was. Hard working, attention to detail - it's really as full service as you could hope. We are thrilled with the beautiful results and get tons of compliments. Too bad we can't give them 10 stars - they deserve it.

Paul and his team did an excellent job building our patio! He was very responsive and came out for an estimate immediately. Our association was very picky and Paul provided all of the necessary docs/sketches to get the approval. I was concerned our project would get pushed back due to the high amount of rain, but Paul made it priority to complete the patio as promised. We absolutely love our new patio and would use CLASS again!

Our front steps and brick walkway were falling apart. The steps had sunk so low that they became difficult to maneuver. Our home is older and several issues needed attention at the same time, so we needed to explore all the possible options to fix the problem. We called Paul, the owner of CLASS, to help us explore all the alternatives. He was knowledgeable, polite and patient and informed us of what our choices would be in order to conform to code.
Once we decided, he obtained the building permit and did everything needed to begin. Paul and his workmen were professional and very respectful while working outside our front door. The project was completed in the time promised, and passed inspection. Our friend, a builder, was impressed with the quality of the work they did. We are very pleased with the results. I would certainly work with Class again and will refer them to friends and neighbors. They are indeed a CLASS act!

CLASS is a class act when my inlaws house Barrington needed new stone work we called them because we saw their work around the Village of Palatine. They came out and complete work and it came out great. l would recommend them first to any friend in the area looking to have some landscaping accomplished.
