Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Absolutely horrible job! It honestly takes effort to leave things looking this way. Grass is completely uneven, some parts not even cut and chunk of grass left everywhere. They clearly do not care about their work at all. A picture of a pile of grass that my husband collected after they left. Completely Unacceptable! DO NOT HIRE! Services: Lawn care, Weed control

Color Burst is the landscape contractor at Berry Farms in Franklin TN. They are not a reliable company, often blowing off their customers with promises that never lead to action or outright ignore concerns. The workmanship in a Master Community, Berry Farms is "way less" than quality. The management has a attitude they work for Boyle the developer and fail to remember who is paying HOA dues to allow them to have a contract.

The primary problem with any resolution, they shield themselves behind the Developer Boyle & Ghertner who Manages the property - which has multiple HOA's within the property They are able to skirt the issues on an individual property owner and get away with sloppy work, period. My shrubs are never clipped, and the only time weeds are removed from beds is upon my complaint, etc.

I've had several shrubs removed by them and not replaced, and they have let some of the shrubs wilt away with disease and die. Last week they treated the lawn with chemicals, yet shutdown the master sprinkler system allowing the over-seeded seedlings to burn up in the unseasonably warm weather we have had this NOV 2020. I would say, without the huge contracts they have, staying in business based on their poor workmanship and merit of quality would not be possible.

They don't even come close to providing the level of service and workmanship in landscape management for the induvial property owner. There are many private Facebook groups with Berry Farms that rant on how awful Color Burst is, so they are fooling themselves if they think the residents of the Berry Farms are happy with their services.

These guys felt as if they could come onto our property multiple times without telling us and dig two large holes (apparently looking for irrigation that we never had installed). When they did this, they did not check for electrical lines and they hit one tripping multiple breakers in our house and doing who knows what other types of electrical damage. I have initiated a police investigation and will take them to court if i have you. Trespassing and property damage. Watch out for these guys.

I have been a customer of Colorburst for 3 years. i am extremely disappointed to recently have the experience of receiving a bill that is more than double the charge that i have historically been charged. i understand the need for rate changes periodically, but to double the cost? aside from the original plantings, there have been no additional services provided. i addressed my concerns to my sales rep and the only response was an apology for misunderstanding but no attempt to correct the issue. if this is the way the organization treats their loyal customers, i will find a more customer oriented company that values my business. i would suggest others do as well.

I hired Colorburst to plant flowers in various beds around our house for the spring. After initially feeling fairly good about the experience, I quickly became very dissatisfied. I was initially told that there would be monthly maintenance on all of the beds where flowers were planted (weeded, fertilizers applied, etc.), yet I've only seen one crew at our house since the flowers were planted in May.

I called let our sales person know multiple times, only to either a) have no response, or b) that he would look into it. I also called the office multiple times to inquire when the service would happen, only to be asked "well, do you have it in a contract?" The same person also told me on a prior call that they would let the owner know about my issues, but no follow up was ever done.

While early on I planned to not only have ongoing seasonal flowers planted, I also planned on hiring Colorburst to do additional construction type work. Needless to say I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
