The worst commercial crew I have ever witnessed. They destroyed property all over our Dover complex then attempted to deny it. Went so far as to state they didn't even touch things etc. Thankfully all was caught on before during and after photos. Never hire this company.

After some property damage and lackluster lawn/garden care had been performed at our apartment complex I made complaints to our front office. The office had contracted commercial maintenance to perform the duties at our complex. Due to some sever mis-communication from the front office, things were left unresolved for a period of time. After contact with a regional manager for our complex she was able to set up a meeting with the owner of Commercial Maintenance.

I felt this appropriate as they are the ones that hired the crew to begin with. In any event, having spoken directly to the owner for nearly an hour I can say with confidence that he is a good man. Thorough, empathetic and genuinely caring about the properties and residents of properties under his care. Had I received less confusing and less hostile communication from our complex to begin with I would have contacted him directly. Things can happen, no one is perfect all the time. what is more important is how you react to poor situations.

Commercial Maintenance reacted with integrity. I greatly appreciate their management and their resolution to a problem that was more heated than it should have been due to poor actions on behalf of staff at an apartment complex. They were left dealing with portions of a situation that blindsided them and dealt with it professionally. Great Job
