I wouldn't use Core again. Here are my issues: 1- Timeliness: nothing was as promised and delivered on a timely agreed upon schedule. 2- We asked the on site architect a range of what she expected our job would cost. She quoted oh "$60-80k." Our budget was ~$100k, so we were happy. Bid came back in at $165k-$195k. 3- Architect over engineered. Did not listen to what we asked for. 4- Asked for construction plans after prelim plans.kept saying she was slammed, and delayed. Finally fired them. I would recommend choosing a firm who can manage their time and clients better.

I have not used their services, nor will I. I live across from where they've been doing "work" for at least a few months and, despite repeated requests to the contrary, their trucks, vans, drivers and workers have no respect whatever for where they park. Though given repeated requests to not park in front of a fire hydrant, they continue to ignore that; they also repeatedly park in a "No Parking" zone that is clearly marked. Their trucks are a hazard to pulling into the street but they reply rudely and have no regard for either the law or the neighbors.
