Services
Lawn installation involves power raking and grading jobsites. The use of seed, fertilizer, topsoil, and straw/hydro mulch to help create the best germination conditions. Aeration is a way to increase oxygen, water and nutrients to an established lawn. This also helps in reducing excess thatch build up, resulting in better root growth and a greener lawn.

He and his crew were very professional and did quality work. They were punctual and kept us up to date with timelines throughout the whole process. Keith and his team did an awesome job on a challenging landscaping project on the front half of the house and around the backyard pool. He was faced with a literal jungle of overgrown plants, trees and brush before he could even get to the landscaping part! They did a fantastic job clearing everything all the while being careful of our unusual circumstance of having a septic tank, pool piping and a water well under the areas where they worked which we appreciated so much. Keith always kept me updated and was very patient with me when I added a fire pit area to the plan halfway through!

We hired Creative Landscaping to replace our cedar deck with a composite deck and landscape our backyard. Keith went out of his way to meet all of our specifications. Even during the pandemic, when supplies and deliveries were scarce and slow, he was able to complete the job. Our new deck and landscaping are beautiful. We plan to enjoy it this summer and many summers to come.

May 2020 Just a little update. Keith's team added landscape lighting to the front yard with our annual mulching. Edged the beds, trimmed the shrubs, pruned the roses. His staff also wore face masks as well. My wife and I have been using Creative Landscape by Design for almost three years. Out of three landscaping contractors we interviewed, Keith (owner) CLBD was the most prepared.
He had various ideas laid out in three different price points. He also had layouts for several different style decks and patio's. He ended up with the whole project landscaping, lawn, rock beds, and our gorgeous paver stone patio. He's also reasonable. You will not go wrong with Creative Landscape by Design.
