Services
We begin with a free estimate. We can price by phone if you know about how many feet you want and you do not need any landscaping work done. For all other projects, we provide free estimates on site. Before the installation project begins, the Estimator or Foreman will work with you to select color and style and to plan the design.
We offer three styles of edging - Slant, Mower, and Curb. Slant style is our most popular for its look, ability to receive stamped textures, and accommodation for lawn mowers. All styles are durable and beautiful additions to any landscaping project. The front side of the curb is generally set at ground level to accommodate lawn mower wheels.
Right after installation, keep pets, children, and objects away from the curb for at least 24hrs. It will be hard to the touch at this point but a full cure takes 3-4 weeks. Landscaping work may continue at this point, but care should be taken to protect the curb from tools and traffic. If wheelbarrows are used for hauling rock over the curb, put a mound of dirt over (at least 6 deep) or build a ramp over the curb to keep the weight from cracking or damaging it.NEVER allow a tractor, bobcat, or truck to run over the curb.
CurbMaster offers a one year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Curb edging will be replaced at no charge if the defect is caused by the materials we used or the way it was installed by our workmen. Concrete curbing, like any other concrete product, CAN and WILL crack. We make control cuts in all of our curbing.
