Moved into our home 2 years ago and you can tell the previous owners had let the lawn get out of control with weeds, crabgrass, and patchy spots. 2 years later after having Custom Lawns 5 step program and fall aeration, and I get compliments about how nice our lawn looks all of the time. Will definitely continue to use and highly recommend.

I've used Custom Lawns for years and am very happy with the employees that come out to treat the lawn. I am however frustrated by the woman that answers their phones. She is snarky and mean. I let it go several times but now I am done being treated poorly by her. Such a shame she needs to be this way with long time customers.

Has there ever been a better lawn fertilizing company? Not in our yard. Thank you, Custom Lawns, for taking such excellent care of our grass. You do make more work for me, since I'm the one that has to trim all that lush, thick, turf during the growing months. My mower can barely keep up sometimes. Worth every penny!

They came highly recommended. Called them twice, 3 weeks apart. Promised me an estimate for service both times and they never got back to me. Not really sure what happened, but I won't call them again. update. received a clear professional quote 6 weeks after the original request. Not sure why it took so long. Based on the high recommendation and good reviews posted, willing to try their service. update. service technician came out and delivered as originally expected. Appears that the original miscommunication was corrected. Willing to amend and move on. Just can't give 5 yet.

As retirees our energy is not what it once was. We have used Custom Lawns for a number of years and have enjoyed working with them. They deliver the services promised and give us accurate input on our lawn care needs. We cannot always afford all needed services but they work with us to select appropriate services. we would highly recommend using Custom Lawns!

They take great care of my lawn health so I don't have to. I don't know if they offer mowing, but they do a great job with weeds and fertilizer. They offer optional services to help make things look even better but I don't often take advantage. Based on your budget and desire to compete with your neighbors you have lots of leeway to make decisions with this service.
They are also very flexible with scheduling if you have kids or pets. Every time I call them with a question they are super helpful and offer good advice, or explain something I don't understand.

I used another company for a couple of years and was disappointed with the way my lawn looked. The people who came out to service it were never able to answer my questions. At the beginning of last summer I switched to Custom Lawns and my yard has never looked better. The service tech is always happy to discuss my lawn with me, and to answer questions and provide tips.
They must keep notes on each lawn, because on the first visit this year, he verified that I was still planning to reseed in spots, in which case he would not use a product to prevent seeds from sprouting, rather he would treat the weeds if and when they appeared. These guys may not be the cheapest around, but are not the most expensive, either, and in my opinion they are worth every penny. My neighbors all tell me that they envy my lawn. I definitely recommend Custom Lawns!

I have used Custom Lawns for the past several years and have always been very pleased with their service. I do very little myself to keep my lawn looking good and totally depend on Custom Lawns to take care of that for me. They are always on schedule, finish the job quickly and they are very thorough. I recommend them to anyone that wants to get their lawn looking good!
