Cutting Edge Curbing

We had a great experience with Cutting Edge! Even though our seemingly short & rushed experience at the store wasn't very friendly, the excellent delivery made up for it. The delivery guy was very communicative over the phone, and even more so in person. He was friendly, personable, and made sure to unload our gravel in the best place possible for us. He even gave me the recommendation to hose the pile as he dropped it, in order to minimize the dust. I definitely recommend to do your landscaping shopping here!

Good inventory, good customer service, and average pricing. Location is perfect if doing any projects in central Phoenix area.

Cutting Edge Curbing installed 120' of curbing in my backyard on 05/26/2022. The quote was $621.50 all in. That included materials, labor, their 8% fuel surcharge and tax. However, they charged my credit card $1,117.84. They are trying to charge me $539.50 in a fuel surcharge. That's a 100% surcharge and I only agreed to an 8% surcharge. Cutting Edge Curbing owes me $496.34 and is dodging every attempt I make to contact them.

I've called them several times over the last 72 hours and sent 5 emails to their accounting department, accounting manager and the employee that emailed me the invoice with absolutely no response. All I'm requesting is an updated invoice with the correct amount and a status update regarding when my card will be refunded but I cannot reach them. It feels very much like Cutting Edge Curbing is trying to defraud me out of $496.34.

If just one employee, any employee, were to call or email me back it would have put my mind at ease. I had to report this charge to my credit card issuer to get any resolution. The credit card company resolved it in one phone call and it wasn't even their problem. That is how customer service should be handled. I'm extremely disappointed in Cutting Edge Curbing and I cannot recommend their services to anyone.

Lots of good stuff here, but probably better to telephone rather than driving in since we stopped off at Site One, their sister business, who sent us here, but they didn't have the color for concrete to sell to the public like Site One thought they had.

Have used these guys a few times now and always get what we pay for. Delivery's are nice and early, we were fortunate to scoop up some pavers for a project during a dry spell of inventory by being in the right place at the right time and Terre was very professional and helpful. Thanks and we'll be using you always!

Used before no issue. Tried to use again and was turned away w/o any attempt of taking my business. Veteran Owned Landscape Company. Will not be coming bk. Unprofessional, uneducated, unworthy of my business.

Great prices, awesome customer service and knowledgeable input. Mario did an awesome job answering all of our many questions. Between Mario's input and a much needed front yard makeover we're using them.

We recently rocked our entire backyard with about 28 tons of 1-in rock. We went to several locations to try to find the right Rock but many were closed or didn't have a showroom. This location has a very nice outdoor showroom where you can see the rock itself in a sort of yard-like environment. The price list is available along with availability; just go inside first and get a pamphlet from the helpful staff.

They were able to split my rock up into two different shipments without charging me a lot of extra money. Prices are clear, staff is friendly and you can pick up things like yard fabric in the shop when you order your rocks. When ordering rocks be sure to check the brochure to know what's in stock and what has to be sent out to the quarry. Otherwise you may have a surprise on the delivery time.

I had good communications with the staff both before and during the delivery. The guy that delivered the rocks was helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend going on site and looking at their "showroom" and not just blindly buying rocks online. A local, recommended vendor.
