Tim and his team initially did a great job with our lawn and sowing new sod in our backyard. His team got the job done quickly, and they were reasonably priced. Unfortunately, they also redid our drainage system in the backyard, which was not done properly. There is a huge patch of grass in our backyard that does not drain well and a lot of the new grass has died.
When I contacted Tim to fix the issue, he initially seemed responsive. However, when it came time to actually come evaluate the issue and fix it, I never heard back from him. Unfortunately, we had already paid him and then he ghosted us. I'd be cautious if working with his team.
