Sunday night we go over a foot of snow and he did not show up until after 2:00 in the afternoon. On Monday night we got over 18" of snow and he did not show up at all. I tried to contact you but all I got was voice mail and nobody ever got back to me. I have contracted another service and if you show up again I will not pay you. I have had your service for many years and have been completely satisfied before but this years performance is totally untenable.
