Received subpar service for mulching and seeding. Spring cleaning was basically them just cutting your grass lol my ring app showed they were there for 10 minutes and then . Only would recommend them for weekly lawn maintenance that's it. During the year I knew I wouldn't contract them again. Could've had my money for 30 years (I'm in my mid 30s/2nd year of home ownership) but the work shows retaining customers is not their goal.

I've never heard of a landscaping company to attempt to rob a person, but when there's a will, there's a way. Dinardi sent a bill to me, after doing a very minimal job. I was told it was their "best team", yet the job was something a person could do on their own. And a very poor job it was indeed. Just a leaf cleanup. After it was done, the bill came.

Then one of the managers (I guess), forcefully said he would come to to my house to pick up the check the next day after I made inquiries about the job and price. I actually felt threatened and unsafe by his tone. They make you pay 65/hr PER person that works. Don't misread their contract. So imagine, a two person job is a good sum to pay. But really imagine, they decide if it'll be a 4 person job on their own accord. Anyway, after they sent 4 "professionals" to do the job (that took them "supposedly" an hr and a half) that would take a single person an hr and a half ALONE, they sent me a bill for that amount. However, they WERE NOT here for an hr and a half.

And I watched them work SLOWLY. As did my father. They'd LIED about the timeframe that they were here, and I CAUGHT them doing so. They threatened to have police come to my house to collect the check if I didn't pay, even though they'd LIED about the bill. So after I caught them ADDING and ENTIRE HR to the bill. They adjusted the bill. The guy that came, the threatening one, Anthony, was very rude.

I had absolutely the WORST experience. Not to mention, he said "Our yard was a mess." Pray tell. Do you pay a hair salon to straighten your hair after you've already straightened it? Do you pay a math teacher to teach you Algebra after you've already learned and passed the class? Do you cut, clean, and paint your nails before going to a nail salon?

Do you slab an area of ground and put up a shed before the shed you purchased comes? No. So WHY would I clean my yard BEFOREHAND? I'm beyond disgusted with the experience with them. Thank God it was a one time situation because I immediately wanted them to NEVER come back. I would've taken them to court (if I hadn't paid, just to be DONE with them for good). If I could give them a negative rating, I would. Okay, that's my short story.

My wife and I have had this company doing weekly maintenance, spring and fall clean ups, as well as chemical application to my property for the 20 years that we have owned and lived there. The crews are always professional and friendly and do a great job. In fact, the previous owner of my home had another landscape company performing the work for him when he lived there but hired Dinardi Landscape to do his new home when he saw the fantastic work they were doing to our property in the two weeks before he had moved out and into his new home!

We have also had this company do plantings, sod, and did river rock around our pool area and could not be happier with the work they have done for us over the many years we have been there. The owner Sal obviously takes great pride in his long standing company and their reputation and he oversees and manages his crews well. Many of his workers are the same since we first hired them 20 years ago which speaks highly to the owners treatment of them. I recommend Dinardi to anyone looking for a reliable professional landscape company.

Way to expensive in their quote for the simple job asked, reminds me of an Inside Edition special on companies overcharging for basically nothing. Can't give them one star because I didn't end up contracting them out. This is just note for anyone reading to weigh in all the options available.

My husband and I had high hopes for Dinardi Landscape. We recently purchased a new home and wanted to get a professional spring cleaning done of our front lawn/backyard to get ready for the spring and summer seasons. Because we had just moved in at the end of Winter, there was a lot of debris that must have accumulated in the yard due to the numerous amounts of snow piled up from this past winter season.

We sought out quotes from multiple landscape companies which advertised the same amount of work. Dinardi was definitely one of the more expensive companies to provide a quote, but we decided to choose them given the positive interactions when we called to discuss what would be done. Given that they came out to assess the work to be done, we had an understanding of what "debris" was and what would be cleaned up.

Multiple times, I asked if the debris would be collected from the yard, and each time the answer I received was "yes." Being the educated person that I am, I looked up the exact definition of "debris" and found this on the Mirriam-Webster Dictionary site: "the remains of something broken down or destroyed; an accumulation of fragments of rock; something discarded : rubbish".

So of course, I expected the accumulation of fragmented rocks to be collected, as well as the broken glass to be discarded which is considered "rubbish- useless waste or rejected matter : trash". Unfortunately, that is not what happened. There were A LOT of fragments of rocks as well as broken pieces of glass remaining in our yard. When I called to discuss why these items weren't picked up, the answer I received was, "We do not collect those items", yet the contract we signed CLEARLY stated that debris would be collected.

It's a shame to say that they were unwilling to compensate for the lack of work the contract stated given that they had already been paid. PLEASE do yourself a favor and go with a cheaper company for your landscaping/spring cleaning work. And if you do choose to go with Dinardi, ask them to put in WRITING what their definition of debris is. It's so disappointing to think that spending more might get you more, but in this case, it was the opposite.
