Critical: Quality My whole yard was poorly done. Really don't know how you are still in business. I checked the other yards in our very small community and it's a disgrace! Today is December 11th 2021

Now I know why Dixie landscape has bad reviews. As one of your driver today try to cut me off with the truck and trailer on I-75. Lucky I was able to drive around the truck and my camera got the footage. I will not use this landscape company.

Highly disappointed by Dixie Landscaping. They have been providing grounds maintenance to our HOA for almost four years, much to my dismay. The community overall and individual homeowners have not received proper service. The community is just shy of fours years old and the landscaping in entry ways and common areas is clearly suffering and has been tremendously neglected.

I was shocked by what I've stumbled upon as I've walked through our neighborhood. Homes here are priced between $500,000 and $800,000 and our landscaping looks like it has been abandoned. We will have to spend considerable money repairing and replacing items that have been damaged, destroyed, neglected. I would not consider hiring them. They do not care about quality of services but instead focus on how quickly they can cut, trim and blow debris at your house.

They use a standing rising lawnmower and drive it so fast that when they make turns they cut circles into the sod. They do not weed as they are supposed to. Our palm trees are not being cared for. They cut our bushes with MACHETES. Imagine that. A 5 foot man yielding a machete at an 8 foot hedge. Inappropriate and unsafe. There are parts of our common area that we've discovered Dixie has totally neglected - not once tending to these places.

They damage our property and smile and say the matter will be resolved within the day or week - but it doesn't happen. I have multiple instances of Dixie not meeting their response deadline. There is one homeowner whose property was damaged by Dixie and it's been over a month since Dixie was supposed to repair the issue. Other parts of our landscaping is dying because of an irrigation issue. Again. Dixie has not responded - meanwhile the landscaping is either dead or dying. No

These guys are responsible for landscaping in the whole community I live at and they are doing terrible job! Sprinklers never work, their management doesn't care, don't answer the calls, don't take any actions to address landscaping issues and always come up with different stories to cover up their poor services. Don't recommend this company at all.

Do not hire them! They are hired by my community and every time they mow they fill my entire patio with cut grass and dirt because they can't just turn the mower around the other way so the grass blows into the yard instead. If I park my car in the middle of my two car driveway they will still manage to cover my entire car with grass every single time it's absolutely ridiculous.

I don't usually like to call out businesses if they make a mistake. Everyone has a bad day, and every business accidentally makes a poor hire. I usually just try to talk to whomever is in charge. However if a business repeatedly fails, that's ineptitude. I have no tolerance for ineptitude. Please don't hire Dixie Landscape Co. to do anything. They mow your lawn way too short, they mow over things they shouldn't (in this case pineapples and a small tree ), and they don't trim trees or bushes that need trimmy. It's like they hired blind people to do the job. Speaking to supervisors and employees falls on deaf ears. I'm going to push our HOA to terminate their contract.

Horrible company. Over a year asking them nicely to not trash my vehicles and they dont care. Yelled at a guy name Mike 2 weeks ago he told me "our job is to blow grass everywhere if it gets on your property then that's not our fault, days you know were cutting move your cars" pictures are multiple times it's happened. Very rude company they dont care all they care about is the HoA contract. They also cut hedges and left all the cutting on the ground they dont clean up after themselves. Find a different company to deal with.

Critical: Quality, Value Dixie Landscape is in contract with our HOA and as of now, we have no control over it. They do a terrible job mowing our grass and many neighbors complain about how they destroy plants, vegetable gardens and lights. They've cut two cords for my solar powered lights!

Our community in Royal Palm Beach has been using Dixie Landscape for a few years now. From the very beginning they have been awful, and honestly, a real mix of both careless and inept. Our HOA turnover hasn't occurred yet, but when it does the community has already decided to put the landscaping contract out to bid. There are actually people in our community who are paying for Dixie because they don't have a choice, but they have asked not to have their lawn maintained due to fears of damage.

They're literally paying for Dixie to stay away! In my time here they have destroyed two pineapples, three marigold plants, two white plumerias, a banana plant, took out several potted plants, gashed the hedges, and cut through our path lights! On top of that, they never trim our trees unless we yell at them. I'm pretty sure Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder can see better than Dixie Landscape. Stay away.
