Quite honestly, I am surprised this company is still in business. On October 5th they provided an estimate to me of work discussed with one of their guys a day or so before. I responded to the estimate with some questions on the estimate as well as advising of some changes. Apparently they did not receive this but it was resent on October 9th at which time I was advised that the rep would contact me.
Fast forward to November 1st, and after receiving 2 reminders about the estimate and being promised 4 times that the rep will contact me, I have heard nothing! I quite liked their suggestions, and probably would have used them once we had clarified the work, but of course now, I have made a different plan. Seriously bad service!

Share my experiences? This is the worst company i have come across in my 32 years of life. This company is ran like a slave ship. Completely inconsiderate and do not care aboit employees WHO MAKE THEIR COMPANY. Without SOME of their great employess this company would be nothing i would not let these people even look at my grass
