After trying two other companies that do fertilization and weed control with poor results, I was referred to Emerald Island by a friend. What a difference. First, they did a soil test to determine what my lawn needed. Second, they communicate before and after each service so I know what they are going to do and if they found any issues. Their customer service and communication is so much better than other companies I have used, it's not even close. Finally, the result. My yard looks fantastic, better than it ever has. I am very pleased with Emerald Island.

Great service. I first obtained the 7 treatment lawn care and weed control package. I then obtained their fungus treatment, which worked out great. No fungus! I then moved onto their aeration and seeding. Thicker lawn! All packages worked out wonderfully. And if there is ever a problem with service, they will go the extra yard to resolve it. My neighbors, and even strangers stop, to comment on how green and full the yard is. Glad I found them.

My lawn was pretty awful. Emerald Island came in and saved the day and changed my lawn from shabby to stellar. My neighbors have asked me what happened to make the profound difference in my lawn. Ghosts their current customers- will advise they will show- no time window- just the day- still won't show all day - no call- extremely disrespectful to their current customers. *If you sign up with them- and never have any issues with your yard or need to meet with them to troubleshoot or add services- would be a 3 star review. They are impossible to coordinate to meet.
They do not give time windows; when they do tell you they will stop by and give you a window of the entire day- they do not show/ghost their customer. No call. Extremely rude to their customer base and really is a business model set up to 'set it and forget it' - if you need them for anything is a trainwreck. Communication is 1/5; Responsiveness 1/5; Customer Service 1/5.

Service man always calls in advance to confirm appointment and lets me know a day in advance of service. This allows me to have my dogs elsewhere. The yard looks great and I've had a number of compliments on the grass. Richard, our technician is extremely nice and responsive to our needs. Service: Weed control

Since I started using your service last year my lawn has improved significantly. You competitor had been servicing my lawn for over ten years and each year it got worse even though continually said they would fix the problems. Everything Emerald Island said they would do has been done and I am seeing the results. Your technician is very helpful and polite. I would recommend Emerald Island Lawn Services to anyone.

Emerald Island does AMAZING work. We had a yard that another company had killed and weeds had taken control. Emerald Island came out and gave us our options and were very reasonably priced. We ended up reseeding our entire yard and it is beautiful. Our neighbors will all stop when walking by to comment on how great it looks. Services: Weed control, Yard work, Grass seeding
