Beware! This company took a $6,600 deposit from me and then delivered the wrong trees TWICE, then refused to make it right. Took their incorrect trees back and kept all of my deposit to cover labor for their errors. The owner had sent me verbally abusive emails after quitting and refusing to deliver any trees as invoiced. Absolutely worst landscaping experience of my life.

We had the best experience with this company from the design to the installation. They started and finished the project when they said they would and were on time each day. Most impressively they came back multiple times after the project was complete to check in and make sure all the landscaping was taking the way it needed to. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Texas Tree and Landscape for giving us the yard of our dreams!

Very disappointed in TTL service after the sale. This is the second time I have used TTL for service, first time was great, then we have this time. They planted 4 junipers out of 13, that were mal formed and dying. I asked for them to be replaced. TTL said no, they were not dead. Thats what the contract said. But when did the customer being right end?
If the customer did not like the finished product, dead or alive, it should be replaced. See attached photo. Yes the tree is alive, but does it look good to you? These were not cheap and now I get to pay twice! Very disappointed in TTL.

Great company with extremely knowledgeable reps. I thought I knew what I wanted until I met with them.they had a vision beyond what I thought could be done. Highly recommend TX Tree & Landscape for any and all out door projects from putting greens, decks, retaining walls, and all design work for plantings!
