Be aware that this "business" doesn't use a normal calculation for ton to yard. If you don't use their calculator you will be sorely mistaken by the lack of product you get for the money spent. Will never purchase here again.

I recently ordered 8 cubic yards of soil and 9 cubic yards of cedar mulch through Fra-Dor. Their pricing was good so I decided to place an order. Within an hour of ordering, I received a call from a rep to schedule delivery. Everything was delivered on time and the soil/mulch looks great.

We have been going there for years. Its great for any landscaping project. We have bought a lot of sand, gravel, dirt, rocks, mulch & fill. They are always well stocked, and very reasonable.

Fra-Dor was great! It was easy to set up a delivery and when I ran into an issue with my order, they not only refunded me immediately, but they rectified the matter and went above and beyond to make the situation right. Thank you again for being so easy to work with.

I have ordered boulders twice in the past year and both times got them delivered really quick. The drivers dumped the loads perfectly. Ordering and customer service response was great. I have found their prices to be competitive if not the best. A friend of mine ordered mulch and was also pleased.

Prompt courteous delivery of rock and sand for a large patio project. They were very knowledgeable about their product. Both of those combined with great prices = 5 stars in my book!

This place has been great. They were on top of their communication (delivery date changed multiple times due to weather, no issues), delivered about 20 miles to us, and the driver was really careful that the dirt was placed where it should be. All that at the cheapest price compared to other locations and a great quality of dirt. Really surprised how great it was to work with these guys. Totally will use them and recommend them in the future.

Great value and top notch service every visit! Fra-Dor has been my go to supplier for years. I've used both their home delivery service for large loads and on-site service for small pick-up loads. Precision loading in a short, regular truck bed every time. Fast, friendly, and affordable service always!

I highly recommend you find somewhere else to go unless you enjoy being belittled and treated rude and disrespected. Remember these guys are professionals and we know nothing. I am willing to pay double the price to not have to deal with those guys. Every time I had something loaded I asked to keep the load over the trailer tires but the the guy driving the front end loader thinks it's funny to see how much he can make your truck squat.

Then after dumping three identical loads they will all of the sudden jack up the price on ya. Oh and then after dumping two identical loads they will out of the blue tell you that they don't take that anymore seems like they make &@$? Up on the fly. Last let's discuss there product I picked up some screened sand that comes with some steel plates and a large piece of a silt fence. Then what they call top soil is garbage just like what you will find in it

We just ordered for the first time from Fra-Dor. The people we spoke with on the phone were so helpful and friendly, and they were able to get our delivery to us way faster than expected and were very courteous. We will definitely be returning customers!

Went there for a load of dirt and they were very helpful and easy to talk to plus they are a family run business. I usually don't leave reviews but these guys earned it

They Really Suck! I called on Saturday to verify their hours. Their contact page shows different hours from locations page. When I called a a recording that said to call a different number on Saturday. I called that number, got a generic voice mail, No idea if I was calling right number since vm message did not indicate I was calling them or what.

No idea their actual hours and no idea if they would help load with skid loader. I decided I might as well travel over to my old neighborhood and go to Leitners. I always got good service there.

I try to avoid this place at all costs because of some of the staff who work out in the yard. The office people are decent though.

Black dirt was high quality, the delivery was an hour earlier than planned which was unfortunate since we were not awake yet and you pay per hour for delivery but all in all it was a good product.

Quick delivery, reasonable prices, and quality product. I'd recommend to anyone east of the river (although I'm sure they go across the river as well.)

Inexpensive, bulk landscape materials.need I say more for the landscaping do-it-yourselfers? Fra-Dor is not your typical landscaping superstore, it's purpose is to bring wholesale prices to the retail market (besides supplying contractors). They do not have a fancy showroom or a lot of overhead.they provide quality products at the lowest prices I can find around the Twin Cities.

I will continue to purchase my landscaping supplies (dirt, mulch, rock etc.) at Fra-Dor and recommend that all people check them out before purchasing elsewhere. Note: They offer delivery for an extra cost. I have not had them deliver, but I assume their delivery rates are comparable to their competition.
