Two of the trees that this company planted in the fall are currently not thriving and look to be dead or dying. Though the contract states the the plants are guaranteed for a year with a one-time replacement, the owners refused to even come out and look at the trees for an evaluation, claiming from they could tell from the pictures I sent that they were under stress from lack of watering (though all of the other plantings around them are fine).
They said they would be willing to come out in the spring- when the terms of the contract would be expired. They also never communicated with me directly, only having their office manager send emails on their behalf. I would not recommend this company.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Emailed them to get a quote for landscape repairs. They came out and assessed the area. Chip said they would get back to me with a quote. I followed up twice with Lori for an update as weeks started to pass. All I got was excuses and months later still no communication. Time wasters, look elsewhere!
