After completing his studies in Turf and Landscape Management at Rutgers University, Bill Sapp began his career on golf courses in Colorado, Arizona, and Maryland. The course in Colorado hosted the PGA Tournament known as THE INTERNATIONAL. Bill moved to Delaware in 1994 and studied Business Marketing and Management at the local communicty college.

Green Lawns was then created in 1996; some of our original customers are still with us today! Our services, include all areas of turf and landscape maintenance, design and installation.

Mowers did a poor job mowing and edging, often missing visible patches of weeds and grass. Owner is rude and unapologetic.

I've worked for this slave driver, he's a real piece of work, he's a person that definitely only cares about himself and maybe his dogs, bill you don't even deserve a star nor do you deserve your business, if anyone reads this, I recommend you do not work for or hiring him to do work at your house, your better off finding someone else

Bill was timely and efficient; he spent the time to look over my property and give an evaluation on how I can control my weeds and build a thicker lawn. We went through options that made sense for my budget. I can't wait until next year to discuss his irrigation plans.
