Green Oak Florist: Interiorscape

I called them this morning around 10am and a beautiful arrangement was at my recipient's address by 2pm! They accommodated my vague request for something with Sunflowers (despite not being listed on the website) with tremendous skill; I'm very thankful I chose to order through Green Oak.

Super friendly! Was able to get same day delivery to Children's hospital. Flowers arrangement was beautiful.

This is absolutely ridiculous to be writing a response of this magnitude against such a well known establishment. My job ordered a plant from Green Oaks Nursery& Florist @ 5009 Old Canton Rd, Jackson, Ms to be delivered for the funeral service of my mother in law which took place on Saturday. I received a call from a Melisa asking for verification of my address in order for a flower to be delivered in courtesy of my workplace.

I thought that this was very insincere due to the fact that the funeral was on Saturday and here today is Wednesday. I brought this to her attention and all she did was chuckled and with no concern at all said that she was aware of it but she was short handed. Short handed or not. Every effort should be made for these deliveries. I WILL DEFINITELY MAKE THIS SITUATION KNOWN TO MY COMPANY AND EVERYONE I KNOW.

After a mixup with an online order ( through no fault of Green Oak ), Taylor cheerfully fixed the problem. She had a gorgeous arrangement delivered to our home on the same day so that my Mother could thoroughly enjoy her 89th birthday! Wonderful customer service!

They were Awesome. Not only did they have two beautiful Peace Lilies I needed for an important event, they also have beautiful home/holiday decor. Everyone should check them out this season. Awesome Job

One of the best selections of house plants in the Jackson metro area. They also carry a lot of outdoor plants that other nurseries in the area do not carry. A lot of unique plants and everything is reasonably priced. Every time I go their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I live in NC and wanted to send my son in Jackson a special indoor plant for his new office. I called all over Jackson and finally found a beautiful large Monstera at Green Oak. They delivered it almost before I could get off the phone. I was surprised at their low price - I expected to pay double what they billed me. I talked with several people there and they were all helpful: efficient, knowledgeable, and very polite. A really good experience. I'm so glad I know about them now.

Green Oak is simply wonderful. They do it all! They landscaped our yard, supplied our Christmas tree for 40 years, given us advice about houseplants and referrals, delivered flowers for occasions both happy and sad, and all with the most lovely kind attitude. A true Jackson gem!

This is my go to florist. All flowers and arrangements are always full, colorful and creatively designed. The staff is extremely helpful!

I went to Green Oak Forest with High expectations. I trusted them to make a beautiful arrangement for my wedding bouquet, I mean it's only one of the most important events in a girl's life and they totally dropped the ball. When I arrived to pick up my bouquet the day of my wedding I received the bouquet in a vase of cold water. Instructions per Green Oaks: to keep the bouquet in cold water or refrigerate until I was ready for them and I did just that.

The flowers looked old and discolored. I did not say anything at the time because it was my wedding day, I did not want to get really upset and I had to get to the venue. The flowers did not look fresh at all and were not suitable to sell. I was totally disappointed and disgusted because I expected my bouquet to look beautiful.

I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Locally-owned, passionate, and they treat me like family.

Everybody here is so welcoming and so helpful. Can't wait for spring to see all of their stuff again! Come visit if you get the chance. The back is so cool!

Beautiful flowers and succulents were sent and they were just what I ordered. I was very pleased with the service and the finished product!

Beautiful from the second I arrived. I bought several orchid stems. Everyone there was really friendly and they let me hand pick the stems I wanted. I would highly recommend this florist and I will definitely be returning in the future to look around at their other flowers and household items!

This place didn't look great when we first went in - all dusty plastic-flower smell and fake Christmas trees - no big buckets of fresh cut flowers at all - but we went all the way back in - and it goes wayyy back - and there's great gardens of plants, fountains, windchimes, . Really nice. Staff were helpful and friendly too. Thank you.

Just a small request, a bedside arrangement with hydrangea and roses. A "bubble" they responded.yes, but I got spiky and cheap. Alstroemerias and two roses. I'll pay for lovely so be honest. Was embarrassing.
