Mike Pezza founded Ground Pros Inc. in 1992. As the leader of the company, his main responsibility is to communicate the vision and execute the short and long term strategies of the organization. Mr. Pezza has been involved in a number of professional affiliations. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Illinois Landscape Contractors Association (ILCA), was chairperson of the Education Committee for the Associated Landscape Contractors of America (ALCA), he is a Landscape Industry Certified Manager (CLP), has been recognized as a Trailblazer by the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP) and was chairman for the Social Committee of the Building Owners and Managers Association Suburban Chicago (BOMA Suburban Chicago).

We use GroundPros weekly to maintain our commercial contracts. without them this summer would have been brutal. This team is outstanding, their communication is out of this world. service is even better. All brand new beautiful equipment and extremely professional crew and staff all the way to customer service department. I specifically want to give recognition to Stacy Stroh. Stacy always responds in a timely manner to any and all lawn, decorative plants and irrigation issues.
