Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value Before our pool was put in Hafens Pools would return calls, answer any questions I had but.beware after construction, if you had any issues they would NEVER return my calls. I had continuous issues with my $7,000+ automatic pool cover. Very unprofessional and I would NEVER have them do work for me again! Service: Design

McKay, Donna and the Hafen's team built a beautiful pool. This is our second pool project in 15 months and Hafen's professionalism, response and value are top quality. Donna and McKay ensured work was occurring weekly and even allowed changes at no additional costs. Much, much better than our N. Utah pool. Thanks To the Hafen's team!

McKay Hafen, owner of Hafen's Pools, has personally helped me multiple times with my pool. We didn't know him when we built the pool 12 years ago so we had a different pool company do it. However, even though he didn't build our pool, he has bent over backwards to perform repairs on our system. He and his team have replaced pumps, repaired the filter, and repaired temperature sensors and other electrical problems. I highly recommend Hafen's Pools!

We have had nothing but the most positive experience with Hafen Pools, The Best! but we do not have unreasonable expectations. RANDY RIGBY. That is not ethical to post a scathing review such as that without sufficient details. I suggest you remove it and consider the following: How old is you pool? How many owners have there been of the pool before you? Sounds like you didn't put it in.
Maybe your pool is something like 14 years old and has had massive amounts of wear and tear and has aged. Who knows if proper maintenance has been performed. Every pool company has a warranty period. They have to. Commons business sense. Did you yourself have a contract with Hafen pools? If not then there is no warranty.

I would not recommend Hafen Pools. My out of warranty pool has had major workmanship defects that Hafen Pools would not address. I now have a pool that will need to be rebuilt and a home with settling issues all from defective materials and workmanship. Hafen Pools would not even look at the problem. Now the cost to fix their defective, over $125,000.
