The owner and her team did outdoor string lights over my pool. They were reliable, professional, and timely. My backyard is complete and the ambiance is amazing thanks to these professional lights.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness they kept scheduling appointments and never showed up, took over 4 weeks to get the lights. I let them go. Too lazy and owner does not seem to know whats going on.

Jean Cavey and her crew did a fabulous job on our light scaping. She is a real professional and recommended the exact placement and wattage for each light fixture. We are now the envy of the neighborhood. We love our lights and would not hesitate to recommend Illuminations USA and Jean and her crew in the future.

We have been using illuminations for landscape lighting for many years. We just moved to a new neighborhood, and a friendly neighbor wanted to give us a recommendation for her favorite landscape lighting. It was illuminations! LOL. The Illuminations Team installed amazing festival lights over our pool deck which greatly enhanced our outdoor atmosphere. We love how they look. The owner, Jeannie, was super responsive and helpful in getting our HOA to approve the lighting. She came to meetings to support us and explain the electrical details to the architectural review board. I highly recommend Illuminations USA for any outdoor landscape lighting needs.

I had minimal lighting installed by this company well over a year ago, everything had been awesome until recently it stopped working I called the company and they sent out Ray and Jermaine, come to find out it was just the battery in the timer! So these awesome fellas fixed it for me at NO CHARGE! They were so kind and professional I am planning on getting more security lighting in my backyard now! I just want to say that I just had the most amazing service from Illuminations USA. I called their office to set up a consultation and the lady on the front desk was so helpful. I had so many questions and they gave me all the information I needed. We set a appointment and discussed what I wanted. They showed up right on time and the employees were so professional and knowledgeable about all the lights and what needed to be done.

We agreed on what I needed and the price was better then all other companies and much more professional and knowledgeable. They came and did all the work, It looks great and I'm in love with my new backyard paradise. Thank you Jean and your amazing team.

We just finished using Illuminations to extend lighting at our home in Winter Park. The previous owner had them install outdoor lighting a few years ago and wanted to try them out since they were familiar with the property. Glad we did as the job was smooth and affordable. They even replaced a light they previously installed at no charge as they stand behind there warranty.
