Disappointed. I really looked forward to hiring this firm, but the customer service was so poor that I eventually looked elsewhere. I had them out once for consultation, for which they required payment (others did not). I had scheduled a follow-up consultation - even rescheduling my kids' holiday break plans - fully prepared to hire them. But the morning of the appointment they simply called and cancelled.
My family was understandably really frustrated, and the firm never apologized. After multiple calls attempting to reschedule, I finally gave up. They seemed quite full of themselves, not even interested.
