Prices are a bit high and there isn't a wide variety to choose from as far as shopping for yourself. Landscaping rock display is comical and there are no yard ornaments.

My grandparents have expressed their deep anger about working with this business who has overcharged them for a leaf-blowing service. They mislead them on the cost and charged them triple what they expected and took 3 times as long as needed, calculating that they took an hour to blow the size of a 2 car garage. Furthermore, when my grandma reached out to get an explanation she was turned away (told it is what it is).

She tried calling the following day and her number was blocked. Poor customer service, poor communication. Awful services. Please stay away from getting scammed by Kiefers. Located in Effingham.

They take care of all of my Landscaping needs as well as providing me with Mowing services throughout the year. So far they are the best maintenance company I have found, which is probably why they have been in business so long. I also find it comforting that i dont have to deal with "sketchy" people on my property while I'm away.
