At 8am I had an appointment for landscapers to come and do our edging, no one showed up. When I called at 8:30, Stephen Knott said he gave the guys the day off since it was raining, but no call to their customer! So I rescheduled for a week later assuming they were coming at 8am, at 9am no one showed so I called Stephen Knott, he said the workers were not coming until Noon, telling me that they're schedule changes constantly. At 12:30 one worker showed up and planned to do the edging by shovel rather than machine and at $55/hour, but then left an hour later. They lost our business!
