Landview Associates Inc. is a design and build landscape firm in business since 1990. We specialize in bringing together the whole landscape project by designing the client's wishes into a reality. Landview is fully licensed and insured in Suffolk and Nassau Counties. We are members of LINLA (Long Island Nursery and landscape Association), ICPI (International Concrete and Paver Institute), and better business bureau.
Landview is also a 2009 LINLA award winner featured in House magazine. Landview can get all of the phases of the project completed without having the client find separate contractors for carpentry, masonry, electrical, plumbing, or anything else.

Landview Associates offers the full range of landscaping services, from design work to the installation of decks, fences, arbors, retaining walls, patios, pathways, turf, plantings, and water features. Landview Associates offers free consultation to help customers focus on what their particular needs and desires are for their outdoor spaces.
You will find some of our references listed on our testimonials page and can provide additional upon request. As a New York construction and landscaping company, we do projects ranging from a few thousand dollars to $900,000 additions. All jobs have a different degree of difficulty, which is incorporated into the "unit" costing.

John and his team were truly amazing. John was essential in all parts of our design. He provided us with outstanding ideas that we would have never thought of ourselves. Landview designed and built a front walkway/porch, front bottom cultured stone veneer, natural boulder wall, two tier block wall with lighting piers and steps, a huge backyard patio, transplanted two beautiful maple trees, installed underground pipe for drainage and installed a pea gravel for a play area.
The quality of the work was second to none and the end result exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend John and the Landview team to all of my friends, family and co-workers.
