Lawn Pride

Overall Ok, but not responsive to customer requests. I called to request more attention to my clover and dandelions popping back up. They told me they would let the tech know, but obviously did not. He was in and out with no spot spraying. I called again and they said I was scheduled for that week and he did finally spray and the problem is improving.

I don't recommend the aeration service. It cost 750 and the day they came, there had been no rain for many days and the yard was like a dessert. I asked how he planned to pull any plugs with the ground this hard and he assured me he could. As expected, virtually no plugs pulled, therefore seeding worthless. Called to complain and he was sent back out on an almost identical week.

I canceled the service for this year. I get they can't control weather, but maybe a heads up so I can water or defer to a later date. I don't feel like they really look to see that they are having an effect. Just apply what they are told as fast as they can. May need to reevaluate my lawn care.

I had just purchased my home and wanted to maintain the care of the lawn as the previous owner. My son recommended Lawn Pride so I signed up. Here it is another year and have decided to continue although financially it might be a struggle. Price has increased as well as everything else and not my retirement income. Service: Weed control

This was the first year that I have used any service to care for my lawn. I have always done this myself but because of work changes I did not have time. The lawn is looking better than it has in years. Thanks Everyone who has worked on and supporting workers behind the scenes.

2021 has been my first year using Lawn Pride after I bought my house. The previous homeowner had really not maintained the lawn. Right from negotiating the rates, to setting up an account, to applications for the year was easy. Their rates are some of the most affordable around. I definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

I've been a LawnPride lawn care and pest control customer for years. I find their service and value to be well worth the money I spend. I opted to handle things myself 15 years or so ago, with not-great results, more costs than I expected and, frankly, blisters. LawnCare's techs are fabulous, personable and professional. Always willing to answer questions and pay attention to my lot's little idiosyncrasies. I'm a fan.

We just started using Lawn Pride after we moved late last summer. Our yard was mainly weeds, but by late fall, our grass was really taking off, the crab grass was gone as well as all the other pesky weeds. We're excited to continue to use Lawn pride and anxious to see how much thicker our lawn will be next year!

I've been using Lawn Pride for a few years now. Not everything has always been perfect because things just go sideways no matter who you use, but their customer service has been incredible in the one or two issues I've encountered. Overall, they're a great company with great results and great service if something isn't right the first time.

We moved into our new house Feb 2021 and contacted Lawn Pride to service our lawn for the spring/summer/fall. I wasn't worried about spring; however, during the summer months at our last house the grass would turn brown and quick. So we recruited Lawn Pride, since a family member recommended their service. Let me just tell you we WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED at all!

They kept our lawn looking lush/green/healthy throughout the summer months. Now, once they applied their last application in September, along with the irrigation technique our "luscious" lawn was no more. It started looking "sick" 2wks after the final application was applied. My husband and I was devastated to see our yard decline to quickly after the last treatment - our lawn went from luscious/green to struggling/brown (spots).

I wanted to cry, but my husband said "there's always next year and crying won't fix it, so pick your chin up and we'll talk with lawn pride in the spring to see what works." So, we're going to try the company again spring/summer 2022 and I'm confident we'll get great results like in the beginning. Listen, Lawn Pride is a phenomenal company, they had our new lawn looking immaculate, along with other family members who used their service. Therefore, I'm not worried and I believe they'll be able to achieve luxurious grass all 2022 (as it pertains to our lawn). So we're staying w/Lawn Pride bc they do awesome work.

I've used them consistently over the years and my own always looks great. What impresses me the most is when I alerted them of my concerns of extra weeds showing up, the came back out to make I was happy Service: Weed control

This was my first year with Lawn Pride and overall, I have been pleased with the results and their service. I have had a few different Technicians, but each one has been responsive to my questions and appeared to be knowledgeable as it pertained to my lawn fertilization program. I also had them do my aeration at the end of the season and that also went well.

I intend to use them again next year. My lawn had previously been serviced by an individual who decided to retire this past season. My yard was in good shape prior to Lawn Pride's service this year and they have been able to maintain and improve on the progress that had been made over the last 8 years.

I've been a loyal and satisfied customer of LawnPride since 2013. They have knowledge of appropriate product to service my landscaping and home perimeter, communicate effectively, and provide clear billings.

This will be our fourth year using Lawn Pride and our lawn has never looked better. They are consistent and always on top of whatever's going on in my yard. We use them for fertilizing, aerating and over seeding. Customer service has always been top notch, scheduling is easy (they handle everything!) and communication has always been excellent. I wouldn't hesitate recommending their services to anyone I know.

I have been very appreciative of Lawn Pride's customer service. I have used them in the past and have now returned to them with a new home. They are keeping in touch with me and ask for photos of any grass issues so they can diagnose the problem specifically for me. They did not try to force sell me a program that I did not want - just give me options. I recommend this business BECAUSE they are NOT hard sell. If you want weed control, these are probably the best people for the area. FYI - I am located in Columbus.

I wish I would've just went with the people who actually exterminate the moles vs the "new state of the art" treatment that did not fix the issue. We had all 3 treatments including the free 3rd one in case the problem isn't solved. It didn't work. So here I am out of half a grand & about to spend another 5-6hundred bucks to pay another company to do it.

Would not recommend. Communication 1/10 Salesmanship 20/10 Customer service 4/10 Service provided -2/10 When you have a product or service you stand by, you get the job done at any cost/amount of visits or you refund the customer because what service did you actually provide. When you have a product or service that's shaky, You cap the amount of visits included to preserve supplies & expenses for the next customer that falls for it!

We've been using Lawn Pride for two years now. When we first began the service our yard was unhealthy and needed a lot of work. Within the first few applications the yard already looked better. I'm extremely happy with the service and how great the yard looks!

Lawn Pride is not inexpensive to use, but they are competent, friendly, thorough and professional in every way. And ultimately you get the results you paid for; a very nice lawn! No disappointments with Lawn Pride from me. Services: Lawn pest control, Seeding, Weed control

Lawn Pride has helped restore my grass to the luscious green color weed free and looks great. They have great communication with the customer and I always know when they will be coming. I definitely recommend them to anyone needing lawn care.

Have had issues with our lawn on and off since we moved in 7 years ago, but for the last 2 I've had Lawn Pride and am the envy of the neighborhood.

Ugh, wanted to love Lawn Pride as I know numerous others who have had great experiences. At my house, they regularly missed treating the most problematic areas and would skip the backyard entirely on other days. Called to try and rectify the situation but was greeted by unfriendly customer service rep. The company was continuously trying to tack on additional services and price gouging with auto-renewed services. Proceed with caution!

I called the service as they spread the pellets on the ground, safer for senior dogs. They did come and spread the fertilizer in a professional manner. BUT, I had a horrible battle with creeping charlie and crabgrass. I called Lawn Pride and explained that I was battling weeds that were winning the battle. I was told so many times to wait for the "fourth application of fertilizer" and I would see miracles happening before my eyes, before they would come out and handle the out of control sections of my yard.

Well I did the spot weeding on my own and was able to cut back some of the weeds and crabgrass all during the summer. The fourth application happened, still waiting on the miracle. Yet I had a whole section that was crabgrass, which spreads fast, the one that has purple in the stems. The fourth application they used more weed killer. Lawn Pride summer is almost over and you are just now starting the battle with the weeds?

I spent more money fighting the weeds and using Lawn Pride then on my own, I know my yard looks better when I spread the fertilizer (weed and feed) and spray the out of control sections. If Lawn Pride doubts this review, I have a whole section that is crabgrass by my front door, come out and tell me I am lying.

We have used this company for a few years now, and each year they get worse. We have weeds, and they do not kill them. They put more product on our driveway and sidewalks than on our grass. They do not come monthly as agreed. They have no attention to detail and honestly just are not doing the job any longer. For what they charge, you can do it yourself and save money.

We have chosen to cancel service with LawnPride and our neighbors since they are not doing what we pay them for. They use to be great when we first started, but now I watch them do the neighbors yard literally across the street and then come back several weeks later for mine. Going on two months since my yard was last serviced, so I had to do it myself because the weeds were getting out of control.

We had sod installed a year ago, and they said they would keep it looking great, and they have not done their part, but I paid in advance. I should have paid when they came; maybe they would have shown up more often.

Very happy with their service and lawn fertilizer. In general Lawn looks great. I'd highly recommend them in the greater Indy area.

Loved that they contacted me within 24 hours. Follow-up was fantastic. Looking forward to receiving their services in 2021.

We've been using Lawn Pride for just a year now and have already noticed a difference. The grass looks significantly better and less patchy than when we moved here. Would definitely recommend Lawn Pride.

Have done a great job with my lawn. The price is fair and sure helps save me some time. Always available to come out if I have problems or concerns.

My home is a new build and the grass is relatively spotty where it was originally seeded with lots of crab grass. I started this fall and it is already turning around. I am excited to see how things go the next spring.

We love Lawn Pride! Our grass was struggling after the sod was laid late in the season and we had a ton of weeds and areas in the grass that just looked TERRIBLE! We called Lawn Pride and they came out right away and we noticed a different. We were also VERY impressed with the service that they did right before winter. Our grass came in strong in the spring and with their treatment looked good all year long! I really enjoy that they let you know what has been done and also leave you recommendations about what to do to make your lawn that much better.

Great service. Reasonably priced. My only complaint is how they continued to try and up sell me on other products. I asked them to stop and they did

I have cancelled my service. I had been with them for two year. Yard looked better for most part. I did end up getting a few patches where grass disappeared. Blamed my trees. Now I believe it is their equipment when they turn at the corners. We've had a lot of rain lately, I get that. I had horrible tracks in my yard last application. I called, they said they'd note my home to check backyard before taking equipment back there. Well, they didn't.

I will do my own yard at this point or find a company that walks the application. November edit: the yard did recover, I have continued with their service Like promised, they have not used the heavy equipment on my yard.

We received a flyer in the mail just in time for Spring from Lawn Pride so I decided to give them a call just to see what the rates were. I spoke to a very nice, knowledgable representative who gave me all of the details and a very fair price for our yard. She was able to answer all of my questions and she wasn't pushy or trying to upswell me on any products. Instead she gave me the information and told me to think it over and give her a call back.
