Loayza's Landscape Pools & Spas - San Jose, CA

We came in to have our barbecue island bidded on for our backyard. I originally met with Manuel a young gentleman, who at first I was a bit skeptical about. But it seemed that he really knew his stuff. I recommend only meeting with Manuel as he was the only one who knew how to understand and listen to his customers. He was very detailed about what exactly we were getting and went over a wide range of all the products available. We even had our whole backyard bidded on as well.

Though he was great to work with the owner Rosa had absolutely no idea what we wanted and she kept trying to have us come back to meet with her and she had no idea what we were talking about. We meet several times and decided not to do our backyard with them, but go with another contractor because of their lack of understanding what we wanted in our backyard.

Value for money:		They are like 20% more overpriced than anyone else.
Service & support:		Manuel was great to work with, can't say the same for Rosa.
