Maple Leaf Associates

Poor customer service and lack of communication. My husband contacted this company for a quote very early Thursday morning, after 6 hours we did not receive a call back so my husband called again to follow-up. 2 hours later we received a call back from the estimator and was told he would be coming by at 4:30pm the following day. Friday came and went and he never showed up.

No call, no text, no follow-up from this company on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. This morning (Tuesday) my husband reached out again to find out what was going on and the gentleman did apologize and texted he would come by today, mid-morning. My husband texted him back and told him he would be home all day. Mid-morning came and went and still no one came by.

My husband received a text in the afternoon saying that they could not service us since our 14,000 Sq foot (0.32 acre) property was not big enough (our home is only 672 square feet so the whole property is all grass). I completely understand if our property doesn't not meet the requirements but the fact that this man couldn't be bother to come to the door is disappointing when my husband made it clear he would be home all day.

I'm sure they do great lawn service when they actually do it but the fact that the communication was lacking and they made commitments that were not met is why I am giving this a 1 star review. Please do better in the future to communicate with customers and fulfill the promises made as this is bad business practices. I hope this review will help improve your customer service for future families seeking services from your company.
