We have been working with Joe and the entire Monello team. They are a pleasure to work with and are experts in landscape design.

Don't know where to begin but one statement sums it up. Monello Landscaping is professionalism to the core. We were looking for a company to design our landscaping in the front and back of the house. Then we found Monello and it was a breath of fresh air. We went into the initial meeting and felt very comfortable and like part of the family. They were answering questions and giving their input without even having our business yet.

The owner Joe definitely leads by example, being so friendly and informative himself. The whole staff was very attentive and helpful throughout the whole process. However Dan and Jarret were on a whole different level. We had difficulties choosing the concepts and direction we wanted to go in. Both of them were very patient, attentive, and extremely helpful in guiding us to get the project where we finally were extremely happy with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We hired Monello because they have a reputation for doing some of the finest landscaping in the area. As inexperienced homeowners, we needed some help beautifying our grounds. They did not disappoint. Brian and his crew did an amazing job. We could not be happier with the results. We look forward to doing more work with them in the future.

I hired Joe Monello 2 years ago and my service was 5 star. This year, his service was horrendous. The weekly maintenance was a disaster. I live on 2 acres and had a full maintenance plan with him and his crew. was in and out in 20 minutes. I complained several times to Marcelo (who since quit) and David and then Joe. We met on site several times so they could see the poor service they were providing.

They serviced my irrigation system and I came home to a pond in my side yard, grass dead, seed that did nothing, weed wacking that looked like a blind person did it, and the list goes on. Finally I got a call one day from Joe, after calling him and telling him I didn't appreciate Dave's snippy.

I worked with Joe, and Claudia Monello as Treasurer of an HOA for 2 years and I can attest that they run their company with honesty and integrity.

We just had some landscaping done and the entire process was awesome. Brian came and took a look at what we wanted to do. He gave us better ideas and the outcome came out beautiful. Monello Landscaping is very easy to work with and reliable. We definitely recommend them and will be using them again.

We contracted with Joe and his team to design a backyard patio that includes a outdoor kitchen, fire pit and TV seating area. From the start we could tell we had the right company for the job! After initially meeting with Joe we started the design process with Jarret who asked the right questions that were thoughtful and made sure we considered every option.

After several weeks we agreed on a final design which is simply perfect and beautiful. Many thanks to the Monello team as they will be our landscape design team going forward!

Monello Landscape overdelivered - completing the job on time and exceeding our visual expectations. Our local elementary school needed an overhaul of its courtyard space. As we were using funds raised via donations and the job was for a public space, we needed to contract someone who would be cost conscious while providing a beautiful finished product.

We used Monello for design, hardscape, and landscape needs. Each specialized team (from Jarrett to Will & co; and Andres and Emilio and their teams) was excellent, and the oversight by Brian, Pat, and our main point, Dave, was helpful to keep all on track. Their work will benefit the community for years to come!

I am very pleased with the way Monello Landscaping has handled my property. I originally met the owner Joe and gave me his input in regards to major damage that had occurred due to a horrible septic job. He was very nice and helpful. Brian then took it over from there and has impressed us. He is very attentive, polite and knowledgeable. Never once did I bug him about something without jumping on it right away and taking care of it given the massive amount of work our property needs. Always on time for a project and has a vision to deliver amazing design and execution. Would strongly recommend to anyone seeking any type of outdoor work, they do it all!

We chose Monello to help us with our backyard makeover design and they were a joy to work with. They made time to meet with us multiple times, going over every little detail. We never felt rushed, even though we made tweaks and changes to the plan many times. They were responsive to all of our questions and they made sure to explain everything clearly so that we were all on the same page. They were transparent on what everything was going to cost and made sure the design worked within our budget.

Broke my car window with a rock from landscaping and would not pay. I would not recommend. Did not have the courtesy to contact me when reported.

As we all know in the middle of the pandemic we all became inspired to renovate, start new projects, and invest in our homes. When we inquired with Monello about a backyard project my husband and I had been discussing since we purchased our home, Joe found time the same day to see us (on a Saturday afternoon nonetheless!). Our yard is complex - we. have a lot of bedrock with a property that slopes down. Joe, Andres, Jarrett and Dan worked tirelessly listening to what we really wanted and brainstorming on how to be most cost effective while doing it right and how best to phase the project over a multi year period. The foreman, Pat, even came out to scope the project and ensure what we wanted.

Joe and Claudia Monello operate a great organization, they are all about customer service and getting the project done. All of their professional staff are great and very helpful. Joe Monello and his crew are extremely professional and courteous. They all want to please the customer and they certainly did for me! Pictures to follow.

What a great and friendly company. My husband and I have asked them to mow our lawn since we first moved in. Since the day they first cut our lawn, and without a question, they said sure, 'We are here for you'. They always make sure my gates are left closed, and more than once, they have moved my hose off my lawn before they begin mowing the grass. Every time I call in to pay my bill, I am greeted with a 'Good morning, how may I help you?' It's the best price I could find for my property.

Had some work done this past week. They moved a large arborvitea tree and cleaned out some shrub beds. They did a great job. They were quick to get to me, neat and reasonably prices. I will definitely be using them again. I highly recommend them!

Excellent, excellent, excellent. What more can I say. They came everyday until the job was done. Cleaned up each day and left me with an amazing paver walkway and gorgeous landscaping. Highly recommend Joe and his crew.
