We started the process of putting an in ground pool in March. During the pool installation, our sprinkler system was destroyed, landscape was a mess in the front and backyard and we had bunch of gravel on the ground because the town of Clarkstown required a launching pad. Our pool process was very frustrating because we had to constantly chase and coordinate between the pool company, electrician, plumber and the patio person.

This led us to look for a landscape company that was 1 stop shop and can clean up, install the new landscape and new sprinkler system and service our future needs. Rudy came initially, listened to what we needed and told us to give him 3-5 business days for an estimate. During the contract process Steve, the owner, told us that he can start in 4-6 weeks and once he starts, they don't leave the job site until the job is done.

He was true to his word and breathe of fresh air. We contacted the office to find out about the start date multiple times and they were always prompt and courteous. They have a different crew that runs the machinery such as excavator, irrigation, planters and grass seed. All these guys not only do great work but they also clean up after themselves.

That was a new concept for me. We are totally blown away with Mr landscape because Steve runs a well oiled machine that operates smoothly and Steve visits the job site multiple times a day to inspect the work. We highly recommend them.

We've had many beautiful projects completed by Mr Landscape over the years as well as our lawn maintenance. Always professional. Always reliable. Most of all they really take your personal property to heart. Today the lawn maintenance crew took the time to remove the eight small flags I have lining my driveway and took them out to mow and replaced each one when they were finished ( along with the corn hole, baseball nets and stuff around my yard). That was a touching service. Thank you Rick and your amazing team!

My experience with this company is not favorable. After attempting to hire them to service my yard, it was frustrating just to get a firm date to inspect my property. On the first occasion I was told that they had overbooked the date I was promised and rescheduled me for the next day. Next day came and no show, no message and apparent lie about the condition of my property when I called them, though no inspection had been done. I would steer clear of this company.

Mr. Landscape provides professional, high quality overall landscaping services. I highly recommend using Mr. landscape.

Mr. Landscape had done multiple jobs for us and each job has been exactly what we wanted or better. We just put our townhome on the market. In three days we received three offers all for asking price and most recently an offer for $10k over. We are the only townhome that has a beautiful paved walkway leading up to the house and beautiful paved private backyard. I think Mr. Landscapes work helped separate my unit. We are moving to a bigger place and already thinking ahead of Mr. Landscapes touch in our new home.

Whoever was driving your pickup truck on the palisades on 11/19/17, was driving aggressively and dangerously: speeding, tailgating, and passing on the right.

I called 3 weeks ago to set up an estimate on a fence project in my yard. It took a week to get someone to my house for the estimate, and now I have waited 2 weeks and still have not received the estimate from mr landscape. I have also called twice this week inquiring about the estimate and have had no success. If it is this hard just to get a 20 minute estimate from them I can't even imagine the frustration if work was actually scheduled To be done.

Would not recommend since I wasted taking a day off from work to be home for an estimate that I never received. I would have given zero stars instead of one but that is not an option.
