We purchased a Blue Spruce here in June of 2020 that we planted on my family's land in Grand Lake as a memorial to our son who we lost in Feb of 2020. It was badly burned in East Troublesome and didn't survive the winter so I called today to make sure they would be open tomorrow even though the weather is not supposed to be great. We're going up from Denver just for the day to replant his tree.

Not only did Katie remember talking to me about the memorial tree last year and extend all kinds of heartfelt condolences today, she also gave us a discount on this replacement. She even offered to pick out a nice tree today and have me pay over the phone so that in case they do close tomorrow, we can just swing by and pick it up out front. I am truly touched by her genuine kindness. On top of that the quality of the first tree we great and I'm sure this one will be too.
