It all started with one young man who decided to take a career aptitude test at Notre Dame University in South Bend, Indiana. The results of the survey said that Randy enjoyed working outside and being creative. He then decided to transfer to Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana because of their great Landscape Architecture program.

In the Spring of 2018 Rick dug, transported and planted (7) 14-16 foot Nigra Arborvitae's to create an instant screen for our elevated sun room. I originally was thinking of using Green Giants for this space, but Rick recommended the Nigra's because they are much fuller at the tops of the trees where I needed the privacy plus they would not out grow the tight planting area. Rick was spot on.the Nigra's were the perfect choice. I followed his care instructions exactly. The trees made it thru a very hot dry summer and are thriving and are green and lush. Rick is very good at what he does.

Great quality trees for less! You're not going to find better stock for your buck. Wholesale or retail, same deal. Owner is very knowledgeable and willing to give recommendations.

I purchased 40 Norway Spruce trees from New Frontier last fall (2015). As of July 2016, 12 of the 40 trees are established, 3 are alive but showing signs of stress, and the rest are dead! Pretty poor success rate. I contacted the owner Rick in the spring letting him know of the situation and he claimed a dry fall and that I wasn't watering enough and that their stock was fine.

I pointed out that I had planted Norway Spruce from other nurseries at the same time and that I was having no problems with them. I had also planted other varieties of trees with no mortality. He promised to come by and assess the situation. I have called and texted which he continues to ignore. I have given this owner adequate opportunity to correct the situation but he continues to ignore my request. My only recourse is to warn others of how poorly this business serves its customers and to recommend that no one does business with this vendor.
