Picked a tree for my sons memorial. The sales staff was excellent. Very helpful. Tree was planted professionally by them after I contacted Diggers hotline.

Friendly helpful customer service with a large selection of plants, and gift items. I found a nice bird feeder that is squirrel proof. No more greasing poles for my husband! They have a large selection of flowers, shrubs and trees and herbs with lawn furniture to decorative pots and bird baths.

I purchased a birch clump in August 2029. Miles was very knowledgeable regarding proper care and offered a warranty. Should it not survive the first winter I would receive a replacement at no charter. Free bark shields were added. I'll certainly go to them again for trees and shrubs.

This business right here is an ok place to go to if you are looking for plants, flowers shrubs etcetera. There is plenty of different varieties of flowers for you to choose from to put in your yard or around the house. I thought the plants were nicely taken care of. There are also located conveniently in the beginning of town

Worst experience with a contractor I have ever had. The landscape work was very well done, but the price was beyond excessive. I requested some relief from the quoted estimate but got no consideration. The hourly wage for five workers, with only one skilled, Turned out to be about $175 per hour. I will never do business with this company again. Burned once, shame on you. They will not have another chance.

Buyer Beware - North Star Landscaping is Unethical & Not Responsive We hired North Star Landscaping to landscape the yard of our new development. *Ben Sabin didn't complete work based on the committed Fall 2018 deadline. In the Spring 2019, Ben would not return to complete work until we paid in full for work he had not completed. After we submitted payment, Ben would not return calls for over a month, then didn't return to complete the remaining work for another month *The Patio was 30% smaller than contractually and agreed upon *North Star Double Bills.

Work we had under contract was also billed for hourly. *The grading didn't pass final inspection resulting in us being denied permanent occupancy *The black dirt they delivered had quack grass and crab grass so when they hydroseeded, 70% of the yard came up weed. *Paid for a lakeside patio he never delivered Ben has a lawyer on hand to collect on his billings, we didn't have time nor energy to battle it out in court so decided to spread the word on social media.

North Star Landscaping came out to our property to evaluate a project in October 2018. He said he would get back to us with a quote in a few days, we've continued to leave follow up messages and have not received any return calls and never did receive a quote. Odd that he would waste his time and ours on meeting and discussing the project with no follow through.

I had some issues with a purchase. I sent many text to the manager, Rod, called in and emailed. Horrible horrible customer service. No response. I had to consistently keep calling. I finally was able to make it into town, and did get my issue, for the most part, worked out. The staff seemed nice and the flowers were beautiful!

Beautiful flowers, well taken care of plants. Their prices are very fair. We purchased absolutely beautiful flower baskets for a great price. The baskets at Walmart for the same price looked sickly

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. There is a good variety of plants/shrubs/trees to pick from. The decor shop has something to interest any home gardener but the prices are not as friendly as other places in town.

After purchasing trees and paying for the trees in full, we were extremely disappointed and upset with the cost of planting the trees. We received several different explanations from several different people on what the cost of planting the trees would be. When we received the "planting" bill, we were absolutely in disbelief on the charges. There was no specific breakdown on the charges. We also experienced scheduling issues. Even though this business has a great garden center, etc, I would not purchase landscaping trees/planting from this business again.

This place has a great garden center and some of the most beautiful hanging baskets I've seen. Lots of landscape supplies, gift shop, outdoor furniture, etc. worth a stop if you are in the area.
